Pam Denise hosts a show called Black Women's Books and Dating Our Black Men. In this episode, she discusses building a healthy relationship. It requires work, understanding, and communication. Just like building a house, there is a blueprint for a healthy relationship. Pam encourages loving and supporting each other. She also mentions that the show has social media accounts and plans to provide more ways to contact her. The show focuses on love, health, and wealth, and will have guest speakers. Pam's message is to love who you love and find your own blueprint for a healthy relationship. Hello y'all, it's your girl Pam Denise and welcome to my show, Black Women's Books and Dating Our Black Men, where we love a black man baby. We are on here and we are talking live and today is Friday, today is Food for Thought Friday on the blueprint on how you build a healthy relationship. How do you build a healthy relationship? Do you build that through calm, peace, giving the energy back to each other and a calm and peace? Do you build it back through communication? How do you build a healthy relationship? How do you do it? Because building a healthy relationship, it does require work baby. Just put some thought into you having a healthy relationship and having an understanding that there is a blueprint. The same way you build a house, you build a home, there is a blueprint. You're meeting someone, you're learning each other's personalities, you begin building, you begin growing, you begin communicating. You have to understand each other. So there is a blueprint. I don't know the blueprint. The only thing I can tell you baby, this is Food for Thought Fridays, where we are on here and we are loving our black men, we are loving our black women, we are beautiful, we are purposeful, full, purpose-filled, we are, we are in our best time baby, let me tell you.
