I am Oluwafemi and I am the founder of Discovering You. I want to thank you for joining us today and I'm assuring someone listening to this podcast that it is the commencement of journey of destiny and for someone else, it is the confirmation that we are on the right track. Stay tuned, have a seat and let us enjoy the moment together. Knowledge and wisdom are critical tools for stability. We know that in the present world that we live in now, we are in the era of instability. Well, I will have to start by saying knowledge is a deadly friend when no one sets a rule. The challenge we are facing in this century is not lack of knowledge, is that those who know knowledge don't know why they have it. I mean, those who don't know why they know and that is called an abyss of knowledge. I call it an abyss of knowledge. And with that, we realize that it would be impossible to communicate wisdom because when you know something and you don't even know the reason why you know it. So, we are in the reformation age where there is so much knowledge but there is little wisdom. Well, knowledge helps you to be recognized but how to use it to communicate wisdom that will help society, that is where most people fail. So, you find people who know a lot but are not able to display consistently the content of what you know as dignified by behavior, character or attitude. So, in the midst of so much instability, what is required is the ability of human spirit to question its environment, to refuse to go by popular definition of value, to take a second look at what he knows. And what he has known and find the option that exists within that environment. To know the ones that govern behavior in a way society can be grateful for and to know the one that can multiply misery and struggle in that environment and to have the strength and character to be able to stay to the one that he knows society can be grateful for. You can't represent any form of value if you miss that choice. We live for a reason, we must understand that and people are enjoying because of the existence of you as well. People, people's misery are consistent because also, because of the existence of you. People's struggles, people's misery, people's depression are also consistent simply because of the existence of you. Them and popularity become questionable because there is a nuisance value that can be attached to a wrong popularity. Knowledge can make you popular, knowledge can, I mean, can bring you incredible skills. You now have people with amazing skills who are not using it in a way that their society can actually be grateful for. Once the result that you show, even if the result is very popular by the standard of society, once it cannot unlock gratitude from the lives of society, what you do is nothing but you are communicating nuisance value. So, you are not wise in that manner. When wisdom is enforced, there will be an intentional commitment to communicate value. Somebody can know how to plant, that is knowledge. Then you can plant to steal, you can plant to rob. Hope you know to be a villain, you have to be a superior project manager. So, in the midst of instability, the quality we need is to transcend the limit of what knowledge can represent and focus on the value and power that you can communicate through wisdom. And what is that? To use knowledge in such a way that society and our environment can be grateful for. So, knowledge in the root sense can be the beginning of the mastery of wisdom. You really have to be able to acquire knowledge to be able to combine it to wisdom. You are even worse when you know so much. You spend so much money to know, to acquire knowledge and you are unable to do better than somebody that knows nothing. Then, well, you can say you are equal, but your equality is relative. Because in practical terms, you are worse. So, the question we ask ourselves is how do we join the view that are impacting positively on the society? Well, I have some set of principles and rules that can actually help you. Number one is to stay accountable because the kind of journey that is ahead of today's people and tomorrow's people is almost insensitive to template. What do I mean by that? Like you are journeying on a path that has no signpost, but you have to journey anyway. So, you must understand that nobody can actually walk your journey for you, but you need to remain accountable for that journey to people who have passed the test of that value. People who conduct their lives in such a way that society are grateful for. In that, they are consistently living their lives in a way by some set of principles and some hierarchies that have built a reputation of meaning of value. So, those people cannot walk your journey, but they have walked a journey and they are still walking a journey. So, you should complain with those people first and seek direction and advise consistently so that you pass the test of character, you pass the test of fortitude and the test of consistency. And again, you need to understand yourself because part of the ignorance out there is that people are motivated by their economics. It won't be easy to stay in a line of that kind of influence. What do I mean by that? For example, you see teachers are not teaching because of the noble idea of building a nation and a child at a time. Those who are teaching hate teaching. It is their economics that drove them into teaching because they couldn't find space in those sectors that they really wanted. And having been told that momentum is better than being idle, so they embrace the best opportunity, which is teaching. They hate the job. They don't like children. They hate the school, but they love the money for whatever it can do. You get what I'm saying? So, you find those people in different sectors because people put plans before purpose. Meanwhile, purpose should precede plan. So, when you fail the test of identity, you are going to diligently, determinedly inculcate design and invent your own confusion, which is instability of the human being to make a decision in the face of options. In the US, you can't be confused if you don't have options. But in the time that we live in now, options are before us on a daily basis. Options are before us testing your morality. Options are before us on a daily basis testing your intelligence, your positive, your personal clarity, your understanding of self, your commitment to your principle. So, you then must have a kind of education or I mean awareness that helps you to sustain inner tranquility and dependence of mind that allows you to interpret your reality properly and put it in perspective so that you can make many decisions. That is what can allow you to set goals in the short run so that you can generate momentum and power to grab the real value in the long run. That is called the new classification. Now, if you leave or maybe if you lack that kind of awareness, then talking to you about seven pillars of fears of influence is probably illegal. So, people need to be coached or taught about the journey of their path. People need to understand who they are so that they can use knowledge of who they are to direct their ideas, to know what they can do and what they shouldn't commit, what they should focus on. The most part of Africa what I've noticed is that people's decision about expression, about career and are actually economic sensitive. People can't think except this part with their stomach. How are we going to eat? How are we going to grow and all those things? So, self-realization becomes a mirage because people are not seeking to express that content that is installed by design. Part of what people don't know is that everything on earth performs to its thought capacity. The same way 40 KV agent cannot do the work of 100 KV agent. It shows that there is no amount of determination that can make a man fly. Why? Because you can say that because it has blades like a helicopter, like a plane and it's not flying. No, it's very simple. What it takes to fly is not installed in it. So, the earliest investment that we must make in trying to focus people on these different fears of influence is to get people to understand who they are. What this is and for them to be able to make meaningful and meaningful decisions about how to invest things which is very important to their lives, which is their time, their energy and their resources.
