In this podcast, we learn tips for the B2 speaking test. One tip is to use body language to communicate better with your partner. It's important to interact and show your knowledge by using different words instead of repeating the same word. It's also good to study and practice because practice makes perfect. Other tips include going clockwise and keeping track of time. You don't have to talk about all the items and it's okay to make mistakes. The key is communication and using language to express your opinions and ideas. Good luck and keep practicing. Hello everyone. In this podcast we are going to give you the top tips to take part 3 of the speaking test in the B2 first. I would say that one of the main main main tips I can give you is that you've got to use your body to speak. As you are doing the task with another person your shoulders have to face your partner's shoulders in order to have better communication. What do you think about it Isabel? Any other tip? This has to be a conversation not a monologue so you have to interact with your partner and do like Oliva said facial and body expressions. Okay, one more point to consider would be that you've got to show what you know. Don't repeat the same word all the time. Try to show for instance that you can say important but also crucial also essential or key. Also what we all believe it's just a speaking test we don't need to study. Yes, you can study because practice makes perfect. Believe me. Any other tips? Yes, you have to go clockwise because if not you can get get lost and also you have a track on the time. Okay, the next idea I wanted to talk about is that it's not necessary to talk about all the items. If you don't finish no worries the examiner is not going to penalize you. Moreover you don't have to overuse the question what do you think and instead you could use expressions like how about or let's move on to the next point for instance. Also remember that self correction is a good point. Don't worry if you make mistakes. The key here is communication. And finally, this activity is about agreeing, disagreeing, giving your opinion, suggesting, speculating, deciding, evaluating and this is what you need. You need the language to do so. So best of luck and keep practicing.
