The podcast discussed how social media can negatively impact mental health by causing people to compare themselves to others and feel judged. It emphasized the importance of recognizing that social media only shows a small part of someone's life and encouraged seeking therapy and reliable information for help. The podcast aimed to show how social media affects mental health and provided tips and examples for finding resources. The audience was mainly the speaker's generation, who have experienced the negative effects of social media. Okay, my podcast talked about mental health and what conditions or medical conditions staff is not to be, have a good mental health and principles of, I found it was social media and things like that. So for vloggers, I found like appeals to the audience reasons, feel the logical arguments and I can find that for example if I try to have a really perfect life or try to be like my other friends on social media, probably that would be not the best option. Obviously everybody in the world have their own problems and on social media we just show just like a little piece of our lives and probably that's not like the hundred percent real and also like compare our bodies and our way to be, our way to wear makeup or clothes or whatever. It's something like causes a really bad mental health because we start judging ourselves. And if I have like appeals to speaker status or authority making the audience more likely to trust them. So I just found three sources that I don't really remember but they show me how affect our capacity of a study, our capacity of socialize and also racism, things like that. I found also different tips to don't get along to the social media and start thinking that our social media life it's not like their real life in a hundred percent. So we also can go to therapy and start looking for real information and find help if we need to. How does appeals to the emotions trying to make the audience feel angry or sympathetic? For example, yeah I think as I told you compare our own lives with influencers or our own friends it's totally a mess. I think I used to compare myself with other of my friends because of their body or how they speak or how they look or if they have more money or if they have a perfect parents, things like that. But that's not like, that's not real. So the purpose of my podcast or my script it was to show people how to find resources and how to get tips to don't get so deep in social media and explain and give examples of other people or how to social media started making us feel. I think the audience it's my generation I don't know I think everybody can start feeling like that way but I just noticed that in my own generation and started feeling like that way. I think I just tried to analyze how social media affects our mental health in many ways. Many of us received or have through or go through bullying because we are not like real and 100% in social media so I think that's everything I can found.
