Notice your body in this space. You are one right now with your baby. Taking a moment to breathe into that. In this moment, there are two heartbeats in one space. The heartbeats are beating, and there's a transfer of nutrients, of love, and of grounding, of energy. You might imagine that little one inside glowing, glowing like a ball of energy. And this glow, you may begin to feel throughout your body, growing bigger and bigger until you are completely enveloped in this love. The love of a mother, the love of a nurturer, the love of a little one who will love you more than anything else. You are a mother, and you are connected to the larger mother, the Mother Earth that grounds us and supports us and holds all of us. You are being held right now in this moment. So while you hold your babe, you are being held by your community, your loved ones. We hold our hands in a circle around you in a way to say, we love you, we are here for you, we believe in you, and you are capable. We all breathe together. And so take note of the breath. See if the breath can be soft. And in this moment, we are simply here to witness, to experience from moment to moment, and to breathe into it, to breathe love, to breathe devotion, to breathe gratitude, gratitude of this body, gratitude of your heart that pumps blood throughout the body, which keeps you alive and keeps your baby thriving, which soon will begin to transition into milk, which will then feed your baby. Your body is so wise. It knows how to take care of you. She will heal you. She will hold you. If there is a moment here to express gratitude for your mind, the brain, a very complex part of our body, which helps you navigate this world, helps you navigate your breath, helps you navigate your nervous system, and is truly the guide for your baby when growing inside of you. You are loved. You are held. You are supported, and you are capable. Sending now gratitude into the uterus. Thank you, uterus, for keeping my baby safe, for keeping my baby strong, for keeping the food which nourishes my baby. Thank you, placenta. Thank you, placenta, for being my baby's life force. As you breathe into the low belly, know that you are filling this belly with energy, with warm love and compassion. Into this belly, as you inhale, I breathe in love. As you exhale, I breathe out fear. As you inhale, I breathe in love. As you exhale, I breathe out fear. Continuing in that moment, inhaling love, exhaling fear. You might imagine, again, that love being maybe a color or a warm temperature that fills your body as you inhale love. As you exhale, grounding into the earth, exhaling fear. Continue in that way for a few more breaths. Inhaling love, exhaling fear. As you continue to breathe, you will take three cleansing breaths, inhaling through the nose, and opening the mouth to exhale. Inhaling, and this time exhaling on an audible. And now with the exhale on a hum. And you might continue that hum on the exhale. As you inhale, know that you breathe in love, exhaling fear. Thank you lungs. Thank you lungs for being a vessel, a vessel for my oxygen. Thank you breath for being the transfer of nutrients throughout my body. And know that breath, that life, there is an opportunity for that truly to be a transferable one. Love is a life force as well. And it fills us with compassion, with light, with warmth, and with support. Thank you lungs for holding all this action together. Thank you breath for being a vessel, a vessel for my oxygen. Thank you lungs for being a vessel, a vessel for my life. Thank you legs for holding all this action together. Thank you lungs. Thank you for holding me up and keeping me strong. Thank you arms. Thank you neck. Thank you face. Top of the head. Feeling your whole body now. Breathing. And if you cannot feel parts of the body, that's okay too.
