Nothing to say, yet
The speaker, Sister Melissa, shares her gratitude for a camping trip with her family where they disconnected from technology and connected with each other and nature. They visited a waterfall and experienced peace. She then shares a message from the book of Romans about faith and salvation. She encourages listeners to open their hearts to God, ask for forgiveness, and believe in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. She emphasizes the power of faith and encourages listeners to trust in God's plan for their lives. She concludes by assuring listeners of God's love and blessings. Hello everyone, it's me, Sister Melissa here, boy is hustling, an incredible weekend. I went camping with my spiritual family, whom I adore so much, my kids, my husband, and wow, I'm so grateful and filled with so much gratitude with what happened this weekend that yeah, my heart is just filled with gratitude because the campground we went to, it was an amazing experience. There was moments where we were able to reflect and we didn't have internet, that's right, we didn't have any internet and in the beginning, we didn't know how it was going to all pan out, but the reality of it all is, it was a great experience in the Lord Jesus Christ. We connected with each other on different levels, we all were able to find deep down within the core of our spirit, things that we didn't even know were there, that we were able to do and my kids, for the first time, they were able to run around and do things that they wouldn't normally do because technology was in the way. It was just such an amazing experience and then we went and we visited a waterfall and we went to this one waterfall where we became so spontaneous, not every one of us, but some of us became so spontaneous to the point where the hike was pretty long, but the end result of seeing the beautiful waterfall carved out by God himself just caused some of us to go right into the waterfall and into the pool that was there. It was an amazing experience and there was so much peace. There was so much peace in that place that you felt like you were in a little piece of heaven for a while and it was the best experience and I believe that we took that peace with us because when I came back from that place, I felt something inside of me that I have not felt for a long time and it was a peace that surpassed all understanding and for once I felt like a kid again, just swimming and just feeling free, wanting to praise God in that place and just having the never ending feeling of God's presence deep down within me. It was just an amazing experience altogether, but I'm going to get into the message before I start crying. It is 10 a.m., August 29, 2023 and the message comes from the book of Romans chapter 10, starting with verse 14 and the word of God says, How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent as it is written? How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things. I have a message for somebody in this day. You're hearing this podcast, not because you stumbled upon it, not because you just decided to click on it, because the Holy Spirit led you to hear these words that faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. God has a plan for your life. He wants you to hear his message of redemption because his plans are amazing. His plans are good for your life. His plans are to give you a bright future. You are not alone. You are not forsaken. God has a plan for your life and the only thing that God wants you to do in this very moment is look back and reflect on all the times that you should have been dead, but God kept you alive, that you should have been cast out, but God drew you into his presence. Oh, I know there's somebody out there who is listening, somebody out there who wants that salvation, but does not know how to go about it. I can tell you right now the way to go about it is by opening up your heart and being transparent to God and saying, I have tried on my own strength. I have failed time and time again. I feel lonely. I feel rejected, but I need you, Lord, to become Lord and Savior of my life. I come to you and I realize and I recognize that I have sinned against you and only against you have I sinned and I need your forgiveness, Father. I need you, Jesus, to wash me and cleanse me in your blood because I believe that you are Lord and Savior over the world and that you have the power to rescue me and from here on out my name will be written in the Lamb's book of life and my sins have been washed clean in your blood and now my heart is filled with gratitude because of what you've done for me on the cross. You shed your blood for me on the cross and for that reason I now have forgiveness from the Father. You have to believe with your whole heart that yes, that prayer that you prayed right now has already taken effect in heaven and the angel, hallelujah, has written your name in the Lamb's book of life and Jesus, from here on out, fight your battles. Continue seeking the Lord. Continue reading his word. Do not look back. Do not go back. All because what lies ahead, it outweighs everything that you have gone through. All because the Lord is about to do something new and supernatural in your life, but you must believe it. You have to believe it because this is by faith. It is not by sight. You may not have been able to feel the salvation, but as long as you keep walking by faith, you are going to experience, hallelujah, events in your life like you've never experienced them before because now God walks with you. Now God will make his self manifest to you and you will begin to step into your true calling and the destiny that God has for you. It has already been predestined for you, but now comes the time. Now comes the hour that you are going to lift your hands with gratitude and say, thank you, Jesus, because believing on your word has taken me to another level of faith because I now know that this is by faith and not by sight. This is about hearing the message of redemption and believing with all of my heart that you truly are the Lord and Savior of my soul. I pray this has blessed you. I pray that this podcast will continue to bless your heart, your mind, your soul, your spirit, because the word of God, it never, ever comes back void. It always comes back full of God's abundant blessings. Continue hearing the message of the gospel. No matter what comes your way, continue pressing into God because he loves you, he is for you, and he is never against you. Until the next time, bye-bye for today.
