In this meditation, we focus on forgiveness and compassion. We start by finding a comfortable position and taking deep breaths to relax. We visualize a radiant light within us, representing forgiveness and compassion. The cross is seen as a symbol of forgiveness, reminding us of our connection to a divine reality. Jesus' story of forgiveness can be interpreted as a universal story of love and sacrifice. By becoming fully human, Jesus understood the pain and delusion that humans suffer, allowing God to forgive our sins. We cannot forgive what we don't understand. Forgiveness is about releasing ourselves from resentment and opening our hearts to compassion. We should visualize the person or situation we want to forgive, understanding that they are on their own journey. Every time we are wronged, there is a hurting person on the other side. Forgiveness is not a sign of weakness, but a choice to let go and find peace. Finally, we imagine our light of forgiveness expanding to touch everyone Welcome to Meditate With Bee, let's meditate, find a comfortable position, one where you can relax the body fully with the goal of not feeling it at all, gently close your eyes, and take a deep, deep breath, as you exhale, release any tension, and as you inhale, or stress, allowing yourself to fully surrender to this present moment. In this meditation, we will embark on a journey of forgiveness, a journey that will guide us towards the powerful act of releasing resentment and hurt, towards understanding and compassion, and ultimately, reaching healing and peace. Begin by focusing on your breath, inhale deeply, drawing in peace and calm. Exhale slowly, releasing any feelings of anger or hurt. With each breath, feel your body and mind becoming more relaxed and more open. Peace and calm in, anger and hurt out. Peace and calm in, anger and hurt out. Peace and calm in, anger and hurt out. Peace and calm in, anger and hurt out. Visualize a radiant light within you. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. Imagine this light expanding, filling your entire being, and pushing out any shadows of resentment or blame towards yourself or others. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. This light represents forgiveness and compassion. In many spiritual traditions, the cross is seen as a symbol of forgiveness and compassion. The cross is seen as a symbol of intersection, a meeting place of the vertical divine and the horizontal earthly, the eternal and the temporal. The cross is seen as a symbol of intersection, a meeting place of the vertical divine and the horizontal earthly, the eternal and the temporal. It reminds us that while we live in this physical fallen world, we are also connected to a divine and infinite reality. The story of Jesus dying for our sins embodies the ultimate act of forgiveness. This story can also be interpreted beyond the religious context. It can be seen as a universal story of love, sacrifice, and forgiveness. Think of what the cross represented. It was a weight, a burden, a punishment, excruciating, humiliating, hateful. Jesus carried the cross, representing him taking the burden and responsibility of our sins on his back. While on the cross, Jesus became our sin, and God had to turn his back to his one and only Son. This represents Jesus fully becoming man and understanding why man sinned. While Jesus was fully God, he could not understand the reason why in such an abundant and beautiful world, we could turn our back on the goodness of love. But when Jesus became fully man on the cross, he could finally understand the pain, loss, and delusion that mortal man suffers. Only through becoming our sin could God understand it. And by understanding it, God could forgive it. For we cannot forgive what we don't understand. If we don't understand that only hurt people hurt people, we will never have the healing power. To forgive is not just about releasing another from the chains of our judgment. But also about releasing ourselves from the weight that we carry. By forgiving, we free ourselves from the bonds of resentment and open our hearts to the healing power of compassion. Visualize the person or situation that you want to forgive. See them standing before you, bathed in the same radiant light of forgiveness that is within you. Understand that they, like you, are on their own journey, learning and growing from each earthly experience. Know that a person wouldn't have hurt you if they weren't already hurt themselves. Our purpose in life is to know love, to love, and to be loved. One not showing love is therefore not living in the joy of their one true purpose. Remember that every time you are wronged, there is a lost, hurting person on the other side of your pain. If someone cheats you, they too were cheated on. If they lie to you, they have been lied to also. If they bring you harm, harm has been brought to them as well. In the dance of existence, one who has been beguiled into deceit turns the mirror onto another. In the garden of whispers, the one who spins falsehoods has tasted the bitter fruit. He who sows the seeds of harm has been a field where pain was once harvested. If we were all condemned to our past, we would all be destined for a cross of our own making. If we were all condemned to our past, we would all be destined for a cross of our own making. If we were all condemned to our past, we would all be destined for a cross of our own making. If we were all condemned to our past, we would all be destined for a cross of our own making. Breathe deeply, and with each exhale, let go of any resentment. Feel the light of forgiveness expanding within you, washing over all the hurt, anger, resentment, and regret. Replacing it with understanding and compassion. Feel the energy of forgiveness. Forgiveness is not an act of weakness, but one of strength and understanding. It is a choice to let go, to free yourself from the chains of resentment, and to open yourself to peace and freedom. Now, imagine your light of forgiveness expanding outwards, touching everyone, everywhere. This light carries with it understanding, releasing all beings from judgment, enveloping the world in compassion and tolerance. Spend a few moments in this space of forgiveness and compassion. Absorb the tranquility and peace that it brings. The act of forgiving is powerful as it changes the past as well as the future. Life is perception. When we change our perspective, we change our reality. When we change our perspective, we change our reality. When we change our perspective, we change our reality. When we change our perspective, we change our reality. When we change our perspective, we change our reality. When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your physical body. Wiggle your fingers and your toes and take a few more deep breaths. Open your eyes, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. May the abundance of forgiveness that you experienced today stay with you on your path. Remember, the act of forgiveness is a profound one. It's a gift to both the one who is forgiven and the one who forgives. Until next time, forgive as you too have been forgiven. Thank you for watching.
