The transcription is a guided meditation that encourages the listener to find a comfortable position and relax their body. They are instructed to close their eyes, take deep breaths, and release any tension or stress. The meditation focuses on bringing awareness to different parts of the body and exploring why certain areas may feel numb or lack sensation. The speaker suggests that these sensations could be related to physical pain or emotional trauma. They emphasize the importance of acknowledging and accepting any feelings that arise during the process. By bringing awareness to these areas, the listener can heal and let go of pain that no longer serves them. The meditation also emphasizes the need to listen to the body and respond to its needs. The speaker encourages the listener to continue practicing this body scan meditation and to approach discomfort with compassion. The ultimate goal is to find wholeness and healing through the journey of life. Welcome to meditate with me. Let's meditate. Find a comfortable position, one where you can relax the body fully with the goal of not feeling it at all. Slowly close your eyes and take a deep breath. As you exhale, release any tension or stress, allowing yourself to fully surrender to this present moment. Let the features of your face, your eyes, your nose, your cheeks, your lips, and your jaw surrender into their inherent alignment as you descend into the river of tranquility. Now, gently shift your attention to your body, scanning it from head to toe, feeling it as Notice any areas that you can't feel, that are numb. Notice the areas where you can't feel a sensation from without needing to touch it with your hand. Focus your energy on those parts. This is a journey of discovering and healing. Consider why you can't feel a sensation from without needing to touch it with your hand. Consider why you can't sense those certain areas of your body. Is it due to physical pain or is it a manifestation of emotional or psychological trauma? Don't judge or resist any feelings. That arise during this process. Simply acknowledge them and let them be. So, our bodies often store pain and trauma in ways that we don't yet understand. By bringing awareness to these parts on your body, we give ourselves the opportunity to heal and let go of that pain that no longer serves us. So, by becoming aware of that pain, we can begin to understand it, become it, and die to it. So, the past is a part of you now, in mindsets only. Continue to breathe deeply, allowing the breath to guide you through this process. So, with each inhale, imagine a warm, healing light filling those numb parts of your body. So, with each exhale, imagine the pain and trauma leaving your body, and transmuting itself into peace and tranquility. So, so, as you continue this meditation, remember the wisdom of Ram Dass when he said, the quieter you become, the more you can hear. So, listen to your body. It's communicating with you, guiding you towards your own healing. So, the less we listen to our body, the larger our physical manifestations will get. The pain we feel in our side, neck, feet, head, or anywhere else on the body is a sign that we're not living in harmony. So, with the gods within, the physical manifestations of pain in the body is our body's way of telling us that something is wrong. So, spend some time in this state of awareness, understanding, and healing. So, so, so, so, so, so. When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your physical body. Wiggle your fingers and your toes and take a few more deep, deep, deep breaths. Open your eyes, feeling refreshed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Today, we explored the wisdom that our bodies hold, learning to listen and respond to its needs. So, as we move forward, let's continue to practice this body scan meditation, meeting any discomfort with compassion and allowing healing to occur naturally. Remember, the path to wholeness is the journey of life. There is no single destination. So, let us continue to walk this path together, one breath at a time. So, so, shalom.
