The first is Lake Louise, from vivid turquoise waters to the soaring peaks, encircling lakes and a stunning mountain view. Lake Louise is a wonderful place to visit, fellow adventurers soak in the views from the shore, and see the red canons float on the glacier's water, it is hard resisting dipping a hand into the water just to see if it is real or not. Second is Maureen Lake, Maureen Lake is also called the jewel hidden in the rocky mountains. Maureen Lake is located near the Thames parks, this lake is full of pristine beauty which is located 2000 meters high above sea level, with thin glacier debris or rock dust that flows in the river that comes from the glacier melting, that is what truly makes Maureen Lake look so spectacular and beautiful. Third is Calgary Zoo, the Calgary Zoo is one of my favourite places to visit in Calgary, and since the holidays are coming on, you can see the beauty of Christmas light, called zoo lights. My favourite activity to do in the zoo is the king penguin walk, that happens every 10 am, depending on the weather, you can go see them walk around the zoo, or they do their daily exercise, it's just something wow. Fourth is downtown Calgary, downtown Calgary sits next to the door to the rocky mountains and is the largest city in Alberta, my suggested activities to do with this familiarise yourself with the area, visit the Calgary Tower, Stephen Avenue, 17th Avenue South, 5th destination, to the village of the most unique place in Drumheller, the Alberta Bandlands is in my opinion the most unique place in Alberta, the best place to visit in Drumheller is the Royal Tyrell Museum, visiting the Royal Tyrell Museum is easily one of the best things to do in Drumheller, in fact about 300,000 people visit the Royal Tyrell Museum every year. Part of the First International Peace Walk, Waterton Lake dazzles with outstanding scenery, easy wildlife, one of my favourite hikes is the Red Rock Canyon, it's a breathtaking natural treasure, awaiting the travellers at the end of Red Rock Parkway, created due to the water erosion, this canyon delights surrounding lush vegetation, wildflowers and mountain peaks in the background, an excellent place for photos, picnic lunches and trail accessing leading into the wilderness, a trip to Waterton Park is incomplete without a moment spent at a canyon, and that wraps up this podcast, see you next time.
