We are looking to provide you 12 quick tips to help you prepare for opening more doors in 2024. So that brings us to day one here, and I'm here with Tyler Jedwabne. Tyler, how can people look at opening more doors in 2024? Well, if you're looking to open more doors in 2024, I think it all starts with a plan. And for us in the real estate world, that's a business plan. Ah. So that's how I would start my time trying to open more doors in 2024. Yeah. So December 1st, we actually brought in Peter Parnag, and he came in for the afternoon at Green Bay. We had 69, 72, something along those lines of our realtors attend that session. So thank you for everyone who attended. What if I don't want to spend three hours business planning for 2024? You're going to join a pretty large crowd of people that don't want to spend three hours. And we get that. And, you know, you have the opportunity to sit through Peter Parnag's thing. You have the book of the company that they provide. And as individual agents and team leads, you should have gotten a book from Marcy and myself. If you haven't, please come see us. We have one for you. Just sit down and come and meet with Marcy and I. Really, all we need to know is your why and what you're thinking for 2024. And we can usually shorten up that time and come up with some sort of a plan for you in much less time than three and a half hours. Some people like that three and a half hours. I'm not one of those, PJ. But some of them are. They are out there. If you look at my business plan and Tyler's business plan, they're wildly different. So with that, it's okay to have a different plan than someone else. And it's okay if your plan is not the same as the next person next to you. Our goal is to help you live the life you want to lead. And to do that, we need to know where you might be standing today versus tomorrow. And to help you look at what the future could hold. Looking at the future, providing clarity is always our goal with that. So if you don't have a business plan, we would love for you to consider, at the very least, what is the number of units you would like to sell in 2024? Our minimum standard expectation here is four units for the year. And what are the two life lists, why you're doing real estate, why anything that you would like to share with us? We appreciate you being a little vulnerable and sharing that information. And it really does help us provide better support and resources and cater our services to better fit each and every single one of you. So that's how you can start opening more doors in 2024.
