I'm also excited to tell you a little more about my sport, so let's start. You are young, what time of the year would you recommend to visit the island to a foreigner? I can recommend the summer, I think Monorca is the best summer island. Why do you think that? What can you do in Monorca in summer? I think so because in Monorca we have the best horses festivals. I think the two best festivals are Sant Antoni in Furnay and San Cristoforo in El Miglioro but the two festivals that make a bigger feeling are San Bartomeu in Ferreria and Sant Joan in Ciutadella. Everyone talks very well about Monorca's festivals, but the island is also well known for the beaches. Are they really as incredible as they say? Yes, I spend every day on one different beach. The beach where I spend more of the summer days is Cala Galdana, because it's in Ferreria, my town. Ok, so Cala Galdana is great. What else can you recommend? If you want to walk, I can recommend Travolugia, because I think it's a beautiful beach and it's near Cala Galdana. But if you don't want to walk, Santa Marta is perfect. So if one day I come to Monorca, I will go to these beaches. Apart from the holidays, I've been told that the beach is very good there. In my restaurant we serve Asian food, because my family is Asian. Our special food is talladines and rice, my favorite. We have a lot of different types of rice and talladines. For example, three delicious rice, which a lot of people like, so I recommend it. Another type is a prawn rice with egg and peppers. And about talladines, I recommend it with chicken, because it's more tasty. But it depends on your taste. We also make sushi, which is a special food of Japan. Oh, it looks yummy. And what opening hours do you have? In winter we open all days except Thursdays. In summer we are open every day. Our opening hours are from 7 to 4.30 in the afternoon. And in the evening we open from 7 o'clock to 11 o'clock. And why do you recommend your restaurant? I recommend my restaurant to all of you, because I think that it's good.
