Human Design is a tool that offers shortcuts to help us achieve our desired results faster. Understanding our type, authority, and strategy is crucial. Conditioning and incorrect birth data can make us feel disconnected from our design. Human Design provides awareness to help us tap into our potential and be our authentic selves. Each type has a different approach to action and decision-making. Living by our design brings positive feelings, while going against it leads to negative emotions. Authority is another important aspect of Human Design, guiding us in making decisions. It is essential to revisit the information multiple times to absorb it fully. Other aspects of Human Design include profile, profile lines, and centers. The number of defined centers affects our energy absorption. The more defined centers we have, the less affected we are by others' energy. Human Design is a vast subject with many aspects to explore. Experiment with your design and enjoy the shortcuts it offers. Hi there. I'm here to tell you how to use the Human Design chart and reading to make your life easier, not harder. First of all, I would like to say that this is not an easy fix or a magic pill to make your life amazing without doing anything. This is a tool that I like to call as a cheat code for a life, that by using it, by using these shortcuts, we can get to our desired results much faster than without them. There are so many things that can be read from the Human Design life chart, but let's start with the most important trio, which is type, authority and strategy. This is the foundation for everything in the Human Design and I would recommend to get to know about these three things, experiment with it, live with it for a while and only then going to the rest of it. It is important to note that if you read your file and then you feel like none of this is about you, there are two reasons why this could happen. One is that you don't have the correct birth of data and the other reason is our conditioning. Since many of us have grown up being constantly taught and asked from our parents, teachers, society to act a different way than our strategy or authority requires and that way we get conditioned into being someone that we are not. This is where Human Design comes in handy because it shows you the quickest and the fastest way to reach your goals depending on your specific design. Once you get to the center part, I like this part to imagine that we have spent so much time, especially in the childhood, right next to someone else that they light up our otherwise open centers. We don't have that much time to be the real pure version of ourselves so we really get conditioned by everything that happens in our life simply by being next to someone. I think Human Design gives you awareness to use our potential and come back to the real self. Again, I encourage you to experiment with it and see what feels more natural to you and maybe what leaves you with a negative feeling and then see from there. Okay, so about the trio that I mentioned, your type is responsible for the way that you should take action. It goes hand in hand with the strategy of decision making meaning that, okay, let's say if you're a manifester, you will get the nudge to act from within and you need to remember to inform others of your plans. If you're a generator or a manifesting generator, you need to respond to life, things, events, people, any nudge that you have there, you need to respond to it in one way or another. Don't force yourself to decide what to do from within because you're not a manifester. That is not your strategy. Just surrender to the world and let it speak to you and only then react or respond. Next, as a projector, you have to wait to be invited or called. While reading about your type, I also want to point out once again that remember about not only waiting for recognition, but when you recognize others, remember to communicate it with them. As a reflector, you need to wait a lunar cycle before making a decision. I mentioned all of the five types so you can see that there are different strategies for every one of us and what works for one will not work for someone else. Depending on your type, you have two main emotions, feelings associated with it. One is a non-self theme, which you will feel when you are not living by your design type. Whether you're feeling angry, frustrated, or bitter most of the time, that is a good sign to see that there needs to be some changes made and start living by your design. Then there is the other type, which is like a gift or your signature. That feeling is a positive one and you will feel that most of the time if you're living by your design. The next thing is authority, which is another very important part of the human design. It very clearly, at least in my opinion, shows how to move forward as fast as possible. It is again about decision making in life and there are different ways to make those decisions for different people. While studying about human design, I noticed that the main focus is on decision making and I couldn't understand why. Both of my teachers were explaining more about this, but then it hit me a few months later that decision making is so important because every day we are making so many decisions. Some are small, some are big, but starting from how do I want to feel today, what am I going to have for breakfast, which road to take, and so on. All the choices that we make, those are decisions that we make to shape our lives. Another thing I would suggest with this file is to go through the pages more than once. Especially after a while, to live with it, then read them again. Our brain can only take so much information at the same time and it needs to absorb and live with the new information for a while. And then when we read it again, we will see things that we did not notice the first time. Which is another reason why I strongly suggest you focus on the type, strategy, and authority at first before even going deeper into the rest of the human design. But I will still explain shortly about the rest that is included in this file. The next thing you have there is profile and profile lines. And they are the ones that explain your characteristics. Some of them are conscious and some of them are unconscious, which I have everything written down, which are which. And I think this helps to understand yourself on a deeper level. And it also tells you more about making and forming and maintaining relationships. Any type of relationships that we have in this lifetime. And so far, my favorite part is the next one, which is centers. And there are different types of centers. So let's start with the fact that we have nine energy centers in human design and they can be either defined. Meaning that this energy center is like its own castle with a big brick wall. It's there, it's active, and it's available for you 24-7. And then there are undefined and open centers. They are very susceptible to the energy around us. They are open, so they absorb energy of others. And depending what type of person we are next to, that's sort of how it gets filled in. And our aura field can be up to three meters around us. And I'm mentioning that because chances are that even when we're home in apartment building or when we're in a car in a traffic. And I mean, I'm not even talking about being in shops or public places. We do get conditioned by different people because of this. And also remember that energy can be transmitted not only through aura fields, but also virtually nowadays from one to another. By sending a message or making a call to them or viewing their social media profile as well. And another thing about centers is they are responsible for different things, as I mentioned, each of them, but that you will have written in your file. What is what and what characteristics each of the centers have. And the more centers you have defined, the less outside energy you can absorb because defined energy center, it's good on its own. And you're not affected by other people so much. So someone who has, let's say, no or only two centers defined out of nine, they feel very tired when they're around many people and they need to take breaks. But someone who has seven, eight or even nine centers defined, they are not really affected by other people's energy because they are good as they are on their own. Because they have a lot of energy inside of themselves. And I think like a good explanation for this is how I see it. So let's imagine just a regular light feature. When you switch it on, it has the same amount of light. It's just a bright light and that's it. But if you have a dimmer switch, that's sort of like the open center or undefined center that depending who you are with, that's how light or dark the light is going to be. Okay, I tried to keep it short and there's a lot more about human design. And I'm still continuing my studies. So I will learn about different aspects, how to read the charts and implement it in our life. So for now, I say happy experimenting with your design. And I hope it makes your life easier, not harder. Because that's the whole point, to find those shortcuts.
