The speaker is in the bathroom and is asking where their friend, Muse, is. They explain that they were using a new screwdriver on the vacuum cleaner and it caused a power outage. Additionally, they accidentally dropped the screwdriver into the toilet and ended up falling in themselves. I'm in the loo. Where are you? Muse? Amusing Muse? Well you see Lucy, I was using the new foolproof screwdriver on the Hoover and it blew a fuse. And then I dropped the screwdriver down the loo. To tell you the truth Lucy, I fell into the loo too.
