They were born in Meridian, Mississippi in 1912 and come from a family of six. They go by the name Jake and worked until they could no longer due to arthritis. Despite the pain, they are grateful for the blessings from the Lord. I was just sittin' here, thinkin' about my life. It's a lot to think about, because I've been around a long time. I never thought I would live this long, but here I am, still here. Still amongst the livin', heh, as the sayin' goes. I have seen and heard so much in my lifetime, I reckon I probably coulda wrote a book. It would have made for some interesting readin'. I was born in Meridian, Mississippi, on November 10th, 1912. I come from a family of six. My name is Jacob, but most folks just call me Jake. I worked all my life, until I couldn't work no more.
