The speaker is discussing setting up a podcast and ensuring good sound quality. They mention the importance of adjusting microphone volume and listening to everyone's audio levels. They also talk about their goals for the podcast, wanting to bring awareness to real estate in an entertaining way. They express a desire for the podcast to be authentic and unscripted, with natural conversation and the ability to explore different topics within a set timeframe. We're on. You're on. Ah, that's so great. Got some dirt in the studio. Got some dirt in the studio. Okay, cool. So, we'll get best practices and stuff, and especially once I get used to how you guys will get set up, how you're going to actually play, and if the sound is bad, then we can adjust. Like, okay, Chris, you were sitting at this length, you need to be closer, or stuff like that. That wouldn't be until after the fact, but... I would get headphones and plug them in and just kind of listen to everybody talking because that's really going to determine whether somebody's talking loud or talking quiet, if you need to turn somebody up or down. Okay. You, fingers crossed, I could just do that for you, so that's the last thing that you guys have to worry about during, because I want to... Edit? Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I can do that. So, you can actually control individual microphone... Volume. Volume? Yeah. Okay. So, okay. So, I just had some basic questions and stuff and whatnot about the podcast and what you're kind of thinking for everything. So, why are you guys doing this? Something that's a little bit different, I feel like, bring awareness to real estate, but also try to create something entertaining. Okay. So, I mean, we actually... That was part of our... We had a strategy meeting last Wednesday, or no, last Sunday, sorry. And Margie had brought out some kind of like some agenda on why are we doing this and dah, dah, dah. I think it's great, but I also feel like if we're getting into a, I don't know, man, commentary that's like super dry and super serious and more or less just like almost being like a news anchor kind of... I don't want to call it a news anchor, I guess that's really not a fair analysis, but something that just people aren't going to... Like maybe you'll listen to it once, but there's nothing that's going to draw you back to want to listen to it again, right? Right. To your site real estate shit all day every... You know, it's crazy. But... What is this? Average Joe Smollett over here. Yeah, I mean, and I feel like with Chris, it's like he's very entertaining. And we were on our call, or we did it via Teams, so it was a video call. And we'd start talking about something and all of a sudden it would just kind of like travel down this rabbit hole. But it was fun, right? It was like us just being... You guys. Yeah. Just having a conversation. Do other people want to listen to that? For me, that's what I'm like, I don't want this to be... And I told Margie and I told Chris, I was like, I don't want this to be some scripted, like, we already know what we're going to say when we come into this thing. Right. It's going to be this, like, topic one through four. And there's going to be these bullets of, like, I don't want it. I just want it to just be this authentic, like... Yeah. Maybe we'll say we'll have three topics per episode and we'll set our phones up or timer and say, okay, here's... We got 10 minutes per topic. And during that 10 minutes, we'll touch on whatever. And we'll go to the next one. I mean, so I don't really... I don't want it to be... I want it to be completely unscripted. Anything to do with any kind of, like, follow these bullets and, you know, make sure you don't veer off track. Right. Well... Okay, hang on. That... In that one.
