For now, just focus on, as real estate agents, we're always trying to fill our... I would say just get more clients. We're always trying to get more clients and make sure our pipeline is full. Just include both of them. And then I go here, if you want to learn my five free ways, and then I go into the three. So, if you want to, yeah, our pipeline is full, this is imperative. This is making sure our pipeline is full is imperative to our business. Okay. As real estate agents, we are always trying to generate more leads and more business. It's imperative that we continue to fill our pipeline. I coach all of my clients to continue to fill your pipeline six months down the line. It just creates a continuous revenue. I think I was too wordy there. Okay. I'll try it again. Remember, it just takes me a few minutes to finally get into it. So, as real estate agents, we are always trying to fill our pipeline. It's imperative to our business that we create more leads. Today, I'm going to share five free ways I generate more leads. As real estate agents, we are always trying to generate more business and to keep our pipeline full. This will keep our business. I'm going to try that again. As real estate agents, we are always trying to generate more business and more leads. Today, I'm going to share with you five ways that I create ... I'm feeling very wordy. I need to try this. Give me a second. Keep watching. Okay. Today, I'm going to share my five free ways to help you generate more business. Keep watching if you want to learn below. Keep watching if you want to learn more. The first way that I coach my clients on finding more leads to fill their pipeline is to look into your sphere. This is the easiest, most convenient way for you to start generating business. Look at who you know, the connections you know, everyone in your sphere. I tell people to start looking on Instagram and Facebook. Create relationships and develop those people. I'm going to redo that one. Sorry, Jimmy. The first way that I help my clients to be able to generate more leads and fill their pipeline is to look into your immediate sphere. These are friends, family, colleagues, people you've worked with or been friends with in the past. That is the easiest way for you to start developing relationships and create a pipeline that will keep your business growing down the line. The second way that I help my clients to be able to develop ... How do I do that? How do I go into the second way? Second way, the second way to generate more leads? The second way to generate more leads. Okay. Just thinking about you, huh? Okay. Here's the second way I generate more leads. The second way I generate more leads is to be very active on my social media. This is free. It doesn't cost you anything. I coach my clients to engage with people in their sphere. This is done not just through comments on Facebook. Everybody does that. Everybody can like and comment. I coach my clients on engaging genuinely and authentically with their sphere. These are friends and family, people you've worked with in the past. That also includes everyone from your kid's coach to your kid's past teachers. I make sure to coach you on how to authentically connect with those people. The third way that's absolutely free for you to generate more business and more leads for your pipeline is to do open houses. You might say, well, I don't have any listings. How do I get open houses? That is probably the easiest thing to do right now. With homes sitting on the market longer and agents having more listings but the inability to do open houses for multiple homes all at once, connect with other agents and connect with agents in your office and ask them if you can do an open house for them. Show them your value that you bring and how you're going to knock it out of the park in hosting an open house for them and how you're going to work hard to bring them a buyer. I assure you they will call you next when they need an open house. The fourth way to generate more leads. What? I don't think you did the third. Yeah, I did. I did social media. I did open houses and I did Sphere. Okay. So then, and you said the third way I generate more leads? I think so. Yeah. I think I did. I'm pretty certain I did. Just say that. Just say the third way I generate more leads and then that way if you didn't, I can understand it. Okay. The third way I generate more leads. Okay. So then now, transition into the add to the other page. Were you a high-producing agent? Did you say, are you a, yeah, were you, because they were formally. I'm going to say, are you a high-producing agent? Because they don't want the insult of being like, were, like past tense. No, I agree. I agree. I'm trying to think, because we want to find those people that are struggling, uh-huh. Are you a high-producing agent and are now finding it more difficult to generate business or finding it, are you a high-producing agent and are struggling to get clients and are now. Content is going to be creating a newsletter that goes out to neighborhoods, blogs that people are going to read that you can be writing and people can... I'm trying to think of another way to say it. Written content, email people, blog writing, newsletters to neighborhoods. That's totally different than social media. And it's free. I agree. I'm trying to think of how we say it. Advertising. And then I can tie it back into social media. Once you have these things made and produced, you can just share them back to your social media for even more engagement. So you can say... Or the fourth way, the fourth free way I generate more leads is content. It's not only includes social media, but it also includes things like this that you can go through. I have a website email. And then, yeah, I think that should be good. Okay. The fourth way that I coach you on how to generate more business for free, many of our brokerages offer free newsletter writing. Explore that within your own brokerage. You also can create your own blog. And you can also create newsletters to deliver and market to your neighborhood. Once those are created, you can very easily share those to social media and generate even more business and interest in what you are doing. This is absolutely free. The fifth and final way that I coach my clients on free ways to generate more leads is to call for sale by owners and expires. And before you roll your eyes and say, no, thank you, I will tell you that the statistics say that you can get yourself a listing appointment. If you call, I believe it's 15 expires or for sale by owners, you can get yourself one lead. I will coach you on how to make those phone calls and to create that business for you and continue to fill your pipeline. That's my five free ways. And then what do you want me to do for my outs? So say like, so there you have it guys, my five free ways. Again, advertising doesn't have to be, or generating clients, or generating leads doesn't have to be expensive. Really look into it.
