Larry: Sure. Self-consciousness is preoccupation. There's a lot of me in there. Am I a good meditator? Awareness has nothing in… it's just a clear mirror. Put this in front of it, shows it. Self-consciousness, it's a burden. Does anyone enjoy being self-conscious? Let's say you're shy, you come into a party, you don't know anyone, and you're self-conscious.
