The transcript is a conversation between two people discussing various topics, including their experiences with fasting, the success of a guest on a weight loss program, and their favorite football teams and players. They also discuss the importance of youth development in football clubs and the significance of QPR's stadium being named after a young victim of knife crime. They share their experiences attending matches at Loftus Road and compare it to other stadiums. Overall, they express their love for football and the community that surrounds it. on there, just check that it's picking everything up and intro is me and then I'll ask how are you Josh? Are we all good? Everybody happy? Sweet that is. Welcome back to Lose to Win the Podcast with myself Jack and Josh. How's things Josh? Yeah good mate. I am day 2 of trying fasting and it has been very interesting so far. Basically doing 14 hours and granted the majority of that is sleeping so it's quite easy but where I played football late last night obviously with you I did have dinner or a type of dinner when I came in last night and that made today relatively difficult because I couldn't eat until about 2 o'clock in the afternoon. So yeah it's going to take a bit of getting used to but I feel energised, I feel positive about it and Neil actually recommended it and it seems to work for him. He's doing fantastic so I wanted to give it a go. Really? Ok. Yeah. I'm not big on breakfast you know, I'm really not massive on it and I've just got so used to not having it I'd very rarely have it, maybe at the weekend occasionally but very rarely. Yeah I can see the benefits behind it but yeah I am enjoying it so far, I thought it would be harder than it is and I want to stretch out those 14 hours and see how far I can go without making myself unwell obviously but really extend that fat burning period and see how it goes. But yeah we'll get this in. Yeah amazing. Yeah. Wow. Haha. Yeah amazing, funny how it lands innit. Haha, somewhere in the stars. Wow, great work. Yeah. Yeah I can certainly vouch for that seeing as my team beat the Blues twice on the pitch but had the result turned around so they've been super, they've been really really good and super impressive and a few individuals in that team who know they are absolutely flying and doing everything they need to do to make those positive changes so well done to them, especially well done to them. We do yeah, so today we have a truly exceptional guest joining us, someone whose expertise and insight are bound to captivate your attention and leave you inspired. Our guest has an astonishing record of achievement at Manby Fat Bournemouth. I'm just going to reel off some of his achievements for you Josh, it's pretty impressive. So Season 2, Captain of the Greens to a combined league and weight loss championship. He was the top goal scorer in that league hitting, that league season I should say, hitting his 5 and 10% in one season. Season 4, Captain of the Reds to a combined league and weight loss championship and in that season hitting his 5%. Season 5, hit his 20% and won, very deservedly won the Clubman Award. Season 7, so the season we're just about finished, he's Captain of the Blues to a combined league weight loss championship. He may very well go on and do, as you've referenced, the pitch result as well and in total he has lost a staggering 23kg. The chap that we've got on is somebody that I have played every season bar this season with. He has captained each time that I've been playing with him and he's been an incredible leader, an inspiration, a top bloke, a great goalie, a great player on the pitch, just has everything and above all is a really, really top guy and is fully committed. It is our superstar Ben Goodrich. How's things, mate? Yeah, enjoy it, enjoy it. So what we want to do, if it's okay with you, mate, is just fire off, as we did last week with Steve, some kind of warm-up questions to try and introduce you to people that may not know you and learn a bit more about you, about what you love about football and what you've done so well and hopefully we can all take a little bit of inspiration from it as well. So can we start with who is your team? So why Queen's Park Rangers then? Well, the reason why Queen's Park Rangers is here is because we are a football club. We are a football club that has been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. We've been around for a long time. Awesome. Okay. Who is your current favourite player in the QPR squad? I have heard of him. Who is your current favourite player in the QPR squad? With the senior Irish team? Okay. Amazing either way. Who is your current favourite player in the QPR squad? Who is your current favourite player in the QPR squad? Yes. Who is your current favourite player in the QPR squad? I don't know if you two agree with me, but it makes such a difference with players that come through the youth development and they get the club and understand it. There's a few Bournemouth where they were. Jadon Anthony's gone on loan to Leeds, obviously, and then you had Jordan Zamora. That championship promotion season of last, you had a real core of youth development players, youth team players, maybe not complete Bournemouth lads, but they were brought in via that channel. And it makes such a difference as well. If you just look at the quality within the Arsenal squad, sorry again, Josh, to bang on about Arsenal, but that Hale End development centre for Arsenal is proving very, very good. And it makes such a difference. You have that connection with the player. You have that connection with the team more from that sense. I don't know if you both agree on that or if I'm just imagining it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think he might be, yeah. That certainly rings a bell. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh. Yeah. Awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. And again, like you have just mentioned that Cole Palmer and I've just thought about Balogun that's left Arsenal as well, £35 million that went straight as profit, which makes such a difference nowadays, as Ben's referenced, that FFP is live and kicking now really, isn't it? It is doing what it's meant to be doing, but it also is hampering other teams. Lo and behold, coaches are having to coach players rather than just go and spend another £20 million on another player. I think that's one side of it, that coaches are now having to go back to relying on their foundations of actually being a coach rather than a scout and going to just ditch the youth player and go and spend £50 million on somebody else. It's just a bit backwards and it's doing the right thing, I think. Anyway, we could spend hours on that subject, for sure. One question I've got about QPR. The story behind... I recently heard the story of the reason why the stadium is called the Caen Prince Stadium. He was a youth lad, wasn't he? A 15-year-old who I think was stabbed? He was stabbed, yes. Amazingly, again, I think something that resonates with my affiliation and love of AFC Bournemouth is the way that a community is built around the football club. Clearly, they could go and get somebody to... especially a stadium in smack bang in the middle of London, they could go and get somebody to sponsor it and name in rights and get a bit of money from it. But to go that way with it, it was really impressive. I think his dad was on, because I think he runs the charity. His dad was on Talk Sport and it was a really touching, important message that he was sharing around knife crime and the problems around it. So what more do you know about that? OK. That's awesome. OK. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I think it's an amazing thing to do as well as a club. It's the right thing to do, but also something that I'm sure others wouldn't even have thought about doing. So, yeah, that's awesome. Josh, have you ever been to Loftus Road? On the way to Westfield Shopping Centre, by any chance? OK, fair enough. Yeah. The reason I ask, because I saw Bournemouth away there and I've been to see Arsenal play there and been in the away end as well. And from the away end, Ben might be able to correct me, there's two things. There was a guy, I think, away end, Ben might be able to correct me, there's two things. There was a guy with a sombrero and a horn. And there was... If you're in the top tier, you can't see the goal beneath you. Which is mental. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, correct me up. He didn't stop all game as well. I think it was when Harry was QPR's manager, I went there to see Bournemouth play, and it started off by... Oh, amazing, amazing, yeah. I've been to Loftus Road as well, and it reminds me of Loftus Road in... Sorry, not Loftus Road, Crystal Palace. Where's Crystal Palace? I can't remember. Sellers Park. Yeah, it reminds me of Sellers Park, and that tight atmosphere. Similar to... Yeah, Fram Park is very similar again. I've been there in the away end, and that was awesome as well. So, yeah, I love those. As much as I love the buzz of a 60,000-seater stadium going mental, there's also something to be said about these old stadiums that need to be kept the way they are for teams like QPR, I think. Yeah. I think they will. Fill in the corners and do what they need to do. That's good. Yeah. Awesome. Yeah. Yeah. Definitely. Yeah. One thing that I always remember about it... Am I right in thinking it's on South Africa Road? That always makes me laugh, because a couple of times, as I joked about going to Westfield, I've got a few customers locally to there, and I think I even sent you a photo recently when I was driving past, and it always makes me laugh you pull onto the road and it's South Africa Road. It's such a... I'm sure there's meaning behind it. It's probably for another day, but it does always make me laugh. Yeah. I can imagine. Yeah. Yeah, I've definitely driven through a few of them. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I've definitely driven through a few of them. Moving on to something a bit more in-depth about how well you've done with Man V. Fat and kind of the story behind it. First off, what made you join Man V. Fat? What was that moment where you kind of went, I want to do that? Did it catch your attention? Is it something you've been looking for for a long time? What can you tell us about that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. One of his faults is his tiny little arms. I'm joking. I rate him. I rate him. I do. I rate him. Yeah. Yeah. One goal in that was absolute bullshit there, wasn't it? Aki's goal. Great header, but Akanji... There's something about... I'm going to watch it after this, actually, the mic'd up thing that they're doing with the referees. There was a programme on last night. It was meant to be tonight, but they brought it forward early, weirdly. I'm going to watch it after this. I'm going to watch it after this. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think Forrest have had this result coming. They've had a brutal start to the season. A trip to Emirates, a trip to Old Trafford and a trip to Stamford Bridge. They missed out by one goal against Arsenal. They missed out by one goal to United, if I'm right. I think they did. Because they were two up, weren't they? Then they've gone and beaten Chelsea. Fair play to them. I feel like the result was probably coming. The key thing that everybody threw at Forrest last season is they needed to improve their away form. They've grinded. There's only three points out of that. But still, there's definite signs of improvement. Fair play to them. They've also brought a shed load more players on transfer deadline day, so God knows what they're going to do with all of those. But yeah, fair play. Good result. I bet it felt like a winner for Bournemouth, if that makes sense. The fact that they'd taken the lead so late and conceded so late. Brentford hit the post three or four times and probably should have got the points. Yeah. It would feel like a loss. Not many teams go to Brentford and win, do they? City seem to struggle there as well, don't they? Yeah. Something brewing in Liverpool. I think there's something brewing. It's transfer window closes tomorrow, doesn't it? For the Saudis. I did also hear that they basically, as with anything, they're a law to themselves and they can just extend it if they want to extend it. Basically, if they all just want to chip in and get Salah to the league, they might as well just put it on for another week and chuck your money in a bowl and see what you've got. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Yeah. I think Angebal has certainly got the team galvanised. Again, I think we've probably spoken about this, but it feels like a switch has turned and the fans are on side. The players are playing for him. He's got a lot of new players in that team now. Players that he's either had a big influence in bringing in or has been able to capture hearts and minds and really make a difference. Robbie Williams singing his song and all sorts. Funny little things like that. We joke about it, but the funny little things like that, you see a change. You can see a switch. You can see something different. Obviously, we'll give him a good humbling in a couple of weeks' time and bring him back down to earth. Yeah. Yeah. They were much better under him. Yeah. They finished third in a two-horse race. I can't get every dig in I can. That was Leicester. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Spurs don't... The thing I worry about with Spurs is that there's two things. You've got Benson Kerr coming back, who I think is an absolute baller. I think he's due back January, maybe earlier. And they haven't got any European football, either, from memory. I don't think they're in... I think the Conference Cup is Villa, isn't it? And then... Yeah, dangerous. Dangerous if they've got that much freedom to rest up. They'll be playing a lot of Saturdays, won't they? Yeah. That's how it's told, isn't it? Yeah. Bad injury, as well. No Buttman's out. Hmm. I can't wait to see St James' Park on a Champions League night. Really looking forward to that. Yeah. Yeah. I think the first one is right round the corner, as well. 19th of... away to Milan, yeah. So first match day one, San Siro. How do you like it? Have some of that. Fair play. We did, yeah. No, I agree. Yeah. I would be, too. 200 passes in your own half. It was something crazy, wasn't it? Yeah. You were Gabriel's dodgy hairline apart from being too one-up with it, really, weren't you? The game plan was exactly, as you said, sit and wait and go for it, and that's exactly what they did and were so close to it paying off. Interesting one, very quickly on Martinez and without me going on my agenda with him. I heard that Ten Hag said in an interview after he was fine, he was just tired. Tired? Yeah, OK. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Gary Neville's a big problem with all of that as well. He basically blamed the VAR decision to say it was offside on the Blazers. Like, he needs to build a bridge, doesn't he? He needs to build a bridge, doesn't he? They're sticking around. That doesn't help agendas, does it? It doesn't help fan groups. He's very influential, unfortunately, with his big mouth. Oh, absolutely, but what they don't need is one of the most outspoken people on Sky Sports to continuously bang the same drum and blame things on them that clearly can't have anything to do with them. He did very good. He did very good. I have, yeah. I think, at this age, everything looks worse slowed down and watched over and over. I think what I liked about him is that he came on... Did you see Casimiro grabbing by the scruff of the neck and kind of be like, you're in a fucking battle here, stand up and be strong? I love that from Casimiro, to be fair. I love that mentality with it. And I think... What did he say? Go on, if it's quick. Amazing. Oh, my God, yeah. He's a completely different player. But I think Gabriel stood up to it. I think you've had your ten pence on it now. I'm going to have my arsenals here. I think Gabriel stood up to that challenge and Hoyland definitely picked, from a Man United perspective, the right player to try and get at. Not that I thought he was going to get much change out of him, more that he'd get a reaction out of him. Saliba is the coolest of customers there is, isn't he? He just takes everything in his stride and I think United probably got on to the fact that he wouldn't get much change out of Saliba, so you'd go for Gabriel. I must admit, that was a bit of a sketchy moment on that potential tackle. But I loved his energy, his effort, and I think he'll be a great player for you. Something that, again, hopefully a shining light for you and your United friends to cling on to and start getting behind and have something else to do other than waving your green and yellow scarves around your heads. The other side of it is, I love Declan Rice. He is firmly in the hearts of all Arsenal fans already. I didn't expect anything less. I saw his Emirates debut. As I mentioned, he went to the Emirates Cup and I was a bit concerned. He looked a little off it, but I think that's because he spent a lot of the summer not training with anybody other than on his own while the transfer was getting sorted. This was Declan Rice's coming of age with the Arsenal fans. I think he was brilliant start to finish and the goal was just the cherry on top. I know it was a deflection and I know he controlled it with his face, but having that sort of impact, yeah, absolutely. I said to Josh before, and we are going to release some of the footage that we did of our little watch-along, but I said before, Martelly was driving me up the wall with his free-kicks and I know, as somebody, sorry, corners, and as I know somebody that takes corners, what he's trying to do is just skim it over the top of that first man, but he wasn't beating the first man and it was getting really repetitive. Saka, much as he didn't have the best of games and probably should have scored earlier in the day, he was clearly knowing what he was doing. You know that they had a routine set and Rice found himself pretty clear a couple of times at that post and this time, when it really needed to, it paid off. Then the crowning jewel was Gabriel Jesus coming on and scoring a really good counter-attacking goal and my biggest criticism is that he doesn't score enough of goals like that and he was brilliant. Yeah, he looks, yeah, he looks fit, he looks strong, he looks more robust than he's ever been before and he just, it must have been an absolute dream seeing Johnny Evans be on the pitch. I bet he was rubbing his hands together, breaking him back in, in a big game and I think he skinned him within the first 30 seconds and Johnny Evans knew what was going on, didn't he, really? I think that was a baptism of fire, to say the least. But overall, absolutely buzzing with the result. I don't think we've played overly well in any of the games yet and I think the best is yet to come. Hopefully City are doing the reverse, they've started really well and end up shitting the bed and give somebody else a chance. I don't think it's going to happen but there's always hope. Yeah, maybe when the Champions League starts, we'll see. Yeah, make it interesting, at least. I know there's a few teams that I wouldn't want to win the league other than them but I don't think those teams are going to. More that I'd like to see somebody else get a chance and break the run that they're on. Overall, good result. Performance could have been better but who cares, three points in the bag. Yeah, I will. Yeah. Yeah. How we're going to try and look at it, especially for when we're discussing it on here, is how would I feel if that was given against me and so how would I feel if that was Havertz playing for you and I would be devastated if that was given as a penalty and how would I feel if Guy Matos' goal was struck off against us, sorry, for us and I would also be devastated. I'm trying to be as balanced as I can with it. I'll do that up until we play Spurs and then it will be the opposite but what my mindset is and that's what I do feel for United on that set but I think it balanced itself out in some aspects. More... Yeah. More importantly, Josh, did you know Ben recorded a video of himself playing Spurs and Ben recorded a video of himself playing Havertz and Ben recorded a video of himself playing Havertz and Ben recorded a video of himself playing Havertz and Ben recorded a video of himself playing Havertz and Ben recorded a video More importantly, Josh, did you know Ben recorded a World Cup song? We'll... If you send that over to me, Ben, I'll share the link. We won't spend too much time on it now but I'll share the link on our Instagram and we'll try and get you a few more sales. Get those residuals coming in. He told me this over a pint after a round of golf, didn't he? Do you remember at Burley? Anyway, sorry to... Sorry to sidetrack. Yeah. Safegate rather than Southgate, innit? Yeah. Hmm. Hmm. No. Hmm. I agree. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. My problem would be is if he starts picking... If... For one, Maguire's in the team. In the squad, I should say. But if he starts picking Maguire over players like Tamori or Colwell that clearly deserve their chance, their position, playing regular football for their teams, doing well for their teams, that's very quickly where it becomes a problem. The other one is if you think of that midfield three that he's likely to play, it'll be Bellingham, Rice and somebody else. Now, if Henderson gets in that or if... Exactly. If Henderson gets in that, if Calvin Phillips gets in that, that's where I've got a problem. It should be with who's available this time round, I think, with the injuries. Madison or Foden. Yeah, exactly. My preference would be Foden. But Madison isn't far off that at the moment. If anything, he's probably in better form than Foden at the moment and thriving at his new team. But my fear is when we see that team come out, is it Friday night they're playing? We see Calvin Phillips in there and those decisions are what really start to grind gears. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Mark Gaiey as well. Yeah. Yeah. Who else? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Who else do we have? I must admit, I look at it and I was looking at it earlier when I was trying to do the 11 I expect to go or start in the Euros if it starts tomorrow and we really don't have a great deal of depth and quality within that centre-back and hopefully a good season for the players like Gaiey, Tamori and Cole Hill will make a difference. But right now I'm not entirely convinced we are that well-adapted in that position. OK, so I'd start with Ramsdale. Luke's short left-back, Stones and Colwell and then Walker at right-back. Midfield three, I think the rest of the team picks itself. Bellingham, Foden, Rice. In midfield and then Rashford on the left, Kane in the middle and Saka on the right. Yeah. Yeah. Less high profile probably. Yeah, if I'm guessing... I think if I'm guessing Southgate's pick it would be him. Yeah. So consistent, isn't he? Yeah. Partnering him is difficult. Yeah. I don't think he gets anywhere near it for me. No, he's not. You're right, he's not terrible. And he's got a hell of a pass on him as well. Absolute thunderbolt of a shot and pass. I just don't think he's international standard. I think that's showing, really. We're one central defender going away being injured to us calling Connor Cody back up. Do you know what I mean? Like, we're at that point. If he was still at the club, he would have played against Arsenal the other day. He'd bring back the old team, wouldn't he? I think he's a free agent. No, I think he's finally left. Yeah. He's a walking meme like Harry Maguire, isn't he? His facial expressions are just top-notch. He does. Yeah. Yeah. He is brilliant. Only just. I think they've got to find a way of getting him fit. I think one of the key problems is probably what makes him good is causing the issues. His ability to break forward and get involved, build up more and really play that position well. It may very well be his downfall. Very young. I want to say 24, yeah. And his sister. I don't know if she's a twin sister or it's just a sister. I know she had a bit of a... Yeah. She was a class above anybody else at that World Cup. That's another story for another day, but unreal. And there's something good in that family genes, isn't there? To have two of them at that level. Yeah. It picks itself, really. Yeah. Me? Yeah. He's been phenomenal at West Ham so far, hasn't he? Yeah. He's a perfect player. Yeah. What's crazy is that they've lost a few with injury. They've lost a few people. Trent's pulled out and a few others have pulled out. And he's not replaced them. Like you say, what has Ward-Prowse got to do? Oh. Oh, me too. Me too. Yeah. Yeah. Sterling's been left out, yeah? Something's gone on there. He's fallen out with... They're suggesting with the whole him going home during the World Cup, there's a bit more behind it. Yeah, well, I'm surprised Ben White's not getting called out. Harry Maguire's still getting picked and Ben White isn't. And Ben White was playing, effectively, his first three games out of position and doing relatively well. I think there's definitely something there. I've seen a few incidents between Ben White and other English players. He's had a couple of to-dos with Foden since not being involved with that squad anymore. And a few others. I wonder if something's happened again. We never really know, but you wonder if something's happened. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think there's a second, isn't there? Scotland. Friendly. Friendly against Scotland. No, it's very true. Do you think? Wilson might get a start there, maybe. Maybe. What do you think about Nketiah getting a call-up? Hmm. Hmm. Yeah, and it's still the record under-21 goalscorer as well. Yeah. So, did you know he, after getting snubbed several times for the first team, or the senior team for England, he actually went and trained and played a couple of friendlies with Ghana because of his origin. And there was a video of him at the airport and everybody chucking flags around his shoulders and scarves around his shoulders and cheering him. And he never actually played a competitive game for him and now he's managed to get himself a call-up. He's one of Southgate's prodigy childs from Southgate's under-21 time. So, I'm really buzzing for him. Again, a Hale End boy getting a chance for England is always a good thing in my eyes. But I think he'll... If he does get a chance, I don't think... I think Callum's probably more in favour over him in Southgate's mind, but I can't imagine he's going and not getting a chance, especially against the Scots. Just come back fit, Eddie, please. Come back fit. He's got worse knees than me and you, mate. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Keep an eye on your Twitter gurus. They'll give you the inside scoop on injuries, won't they, Josh? I think they tend to know them pretty quickly. Yeah. Yeah. I've got a little bit of leave coming up soon, so we're going to decide what we're going to do over the next couple of weeks. Pods, we might have a guest host. We might do an early record. We haven't quite decided yet. I'm off to Alicante to play some golf in the sun at the end of September, which I'm thoroughly looking forward to. Nobody panic. It'll be all good. I'm sure we'll work something out. But as always, thank you so much for everybody who's listening, but a massive thank you, Ben, for joining us. Your input and insight has been really, really helpful and exactly what we wanted. You were by far the first player that we wanted on and we secured your services. So, thank you so much. Really appreciate it. Thanks, guys. Thank you, everybody, for listening and we'll see you next time.
