Shadow Meditation (1)

In this meditation, the intention is to face and release the shadows that hold us back from manifesting our highest selves. We gather with love and compassion, asking for divine intervention and guidance. We relax our bodies and enter a state of ease. We visualize walking on a white bridge over healing waters, guided by our spiritual team. We come to a mirror reflecting our fears and insecurities, and release them with forgiveness. We then move to another mirror reflecting our desires and creations, releasing any limiting beliefs. We embrace our highest version and envision our future with confidence and abundance. In this meditation, we are going to gather with the intention to face the shadows, to bring the unknown unknowns across the space, time and dimension. Shadows, they might be a blockage, resistance, doubt, or energy that holds back or delay of manifestation, or blocking the highest version of yourself to come forward to work for you and with you. So we are here to gather with the intention of unconditional love, kindness and compassion. We are here from a non-judgmental place, full of love, and we are here asking for divine intervention through the great source, highest version of ourselves, angels and archangels. Any elevated ancestors that want to assist you to find ease, forgiveness, self-compassion and to release. We are here to ask for any spiritual guidance that want to come forward to support and provide love during this journey. Please get comfortable, close your eyes, find a place where you feel in ease. Lay down or sit down and allow your body to relax and to feel safe. Breathe in through your nose, breathe in through your mouth, breathe in through your nose. Allow the oxygen to roam around your body and to be released through your mouth and relax your body even more. Take one breathe in through your nose and bring that to your heart space. Allow it to feel the tension, the emotion across your chest and heart and then now release it through your mouth and surrender your mind, body and soul, your emotions into ease. And as your body is now relaxing, we are going to ask for your custodial angels and the allegiance of angels of protection. The flame of the amethyst to be activated around your physical body and astral body and every dimension that your body is going to be activated, receiving healing, understanding and ease, releasing and accepting as we are moving forward. To allow your physical body to find protection, safety and ease and if there is any physical transmutation that needs to happen, allow the amethyst crystals and the flame of amethyst, your archangels and custodial angels to be around your body, soul and spirit. Breathe in and breathe out and allow your body to find the ease, to feel the ease of the amethyst flame and the custodial angels to surrender you with love and compassion. And as your body relaxes, allow your body to feel the ease of the water. Let your body to lay down and to flow, to move with the motion of the lake or the river. These are the waters of purification and ease. Remind your body that we move with ease and compassion. That we are here to flow and move with the current. That we are releasing any physical resistance that is no longer serving us. That we are releasing on the physical body, mental body and emotional body, any resisting individual entity that is no longer serving you. Known and unknown across space, time and dimension. From a past life, future life and present life. Breathe in and out and allow your body to sink enough in this water to receive the flowing energy. To find ease, to completely ease into the healing waters. And allow the warmth of the sun to nurture your body and to transmute and protect your body. And as we are starting this journey and your physical body is in ease, receiving healing and kindness and love. Allow your soul assistant to take you into this shadow journey. To find compassion, releasing and ease and self-forgiveness from your heart, soul and spirit. Across space, time and dimension where your soul assistant is activated. And as we go into this journey, allow your energetic body to connect to your highest version. Allow your highest version to guide you. And allow your highest version and your body, your energetic body to become one, to integrate. Because your soul and your highest version know the medicine that your body needs, that your soul needs. We are now going to allow the energy of the stream of life, grace, light and the sunlight. To come into your crowning space and to navigate your body. And to guide you into the shadow mirror. Allow your energetic body to start walking into the white light that is been building for you. This is a white bridge waiting on you. You are going to be walking on this bridge on top of your floating waters. And allow the energy of the grace of the stream of life and healing to continue to work through your crown all the way to your root and your feet. And to open the pathway to the fell mirror waiting on you. So allow yourself to go into your destination as you are crossing the white bridge. Breathe in, breathe out. And allow your spiritual team to start integrating in your walk. Your spiritual team will be integrating in each of your signs. Your angels and archangels are going to feel, you are going to feel the sensation, the coldness, the warmness of their energy. And allow your elevators and festers to walk behind you. To protect you and to find the healing that they also need. As when you get to your destination, you are going to have in front of you more than one mirror. You are going to be sitting in the mirror of a mountain with approximately four different mirrors. One of these mirrors is going to look pink. One is going to look green. One is going to look yellow. One is going to look red. One might look orange. Allow your soul to open or to walk into the fell mirror. As you walk into the fell mirror, this is the shadow or your stepping stone, your grounding field. What is or when does your body feel the fear to move forward? To create changes? To find who you are? Where? What age? Go ahead and touch the mirror and see the reflection. When in your childhood, something boomed and created uncertainty, fear. What age? That you were a kid, a teenager, a young adult. When did you become fearful? When did anxiety meet you? Is this anxiety, this fear, real? Or this is your body reminding you that you are now moving forward into uncertain ground. That you are close to manifestation. What is holding you back to move into your highest version, into you I am? Look at this mirror and ask. Release any version of you that feels anxious and unsafe. Also forgive this version of yourself. Remove the mirror with your hands and see the second part of this mirror. In this mirror is your highest version reflecting how it will look if you move forward. Ask your highest version that reflects on this mirror. How did I look? How my life feel? How security and safe feel like? I am. I am. I am walking on my destiny. I am the creator and the co-creator of my pathway. How can I open my road? What did I need to release? Who is no longer welcome on my journey? What emotions I am releasing? In the right side of your mirror is a purple flame of transmutation. With some crystals of amethyst. Go ahead and release verbally with your hands, with your emotions. Any narrative that is holding you back to walk into your highest version. Also release the fear and release any individual that is no longer welcome. That the narrative or projection about you is not real to you any longer. That you no longer sit well with this narrative. Release it to the divine and to the amethyst crystals and flames. So it will transmute to the highest version. Look at your highest version and ask her to reflect on your body. Any area that is delaying you to walk into your truthful and authentic self. Of I am. I am. I am. Also look into the gaze of the eyes of this mirror. And see how beautiful, ease, harmonized, peaceful you look. And ask I am. I will be. I will become. I am. I will be. I will become. I am. I will be. I will become. And allow this mirror to show you how you are going to be moving forward. How beautiful you look. How your skin glow. What is now part of this journey. What is there for you. Who is coming along. How this place looks. How this place smells. What color flavors you. Breathe in. Breathe out. And allow this vision become one with you. Let this visual sit on your root chakra. So you can move with powerful movement. You can move with confidence and security. With grace and compassion. And knowing that your spiritual guidance are always with you. And will lead you into your highest version. Let's move to the second mirror. If you are ready to move to this mirror. This is the orange mirror. If this is your creation. This is who you will be. What do you want to create? Walk into this mirror. And look into the mirror and ask. What delayed me? What is my fear of success? What delayed me from my abundance? What version of me I am not allowing to grow? What toxic trait of my feminine or masculine I no longer welcome on my narrative? How can I create my final love in life? How abundance will look? What delayed me of fear? I am about abundance and money. Luxury. What made me fear? What delayed me? What narrative and what age did I lack? When did somebody tell me I was not enough? When did they tell me we might not have enough to eat? Did I ask for too much? Did I am too much? Release those narratives. Allow the mirror to show you the age. Forgive her or forgive him. And allow the forgiveness to start bringing out your body. Any area in your soul, mind and spirit. The creation have been hold back. Where you don't allow. What hold you back from receiving? What narrative of receiving? Vulnerability. It's been told you. Witness for vulnerability. Release the narrative and those that don't longer serve in you. Allow yourself and this mirror of the true to show you where I need to release them. Why I need to forgive them and forgive myself. What version of me I am grateful for but no longer welcome? What kind of creation I want to have? In what vibration I want to have them? How I want to feel when this is coming to me? How I want to receive it on my body, soul and spirit? What delay or resistance you have on pleasure? Why is joyful times make you feel guilt? Where are the unhiding guilty emotions? And release them. Move the shadow of this mirror. And allow all this emotion to move into the purple flame of transmutation. And now look at the second part of the mirror. This is Juha's version. Co-creating and creating. Living on her most created abundance, sexual pleasure, joyful, sensual, powerful life. She lives or he lives on the magic version of herself or himself. Allow the highest version to show you the medicine that you need to move into this creation area. How can you accept? What self-acceptance needs to happen? What the new adventure will look like? I am allowing pleasure to come into my soul, body and spirit. Joyful times are always welcome in my life. Allow Juha's version to start integrating these feelings, emotions, sensations, colors. How will you look? How will you feel? How your body will feel? How healthy you will look if you allow abundance to find you? How will Juha's version claim in the abundance and the fruition of your life? The luxury. How will your life multiply your creation with ease and harmony? With fun and adventure and curiosity? Gaze into this miracle of Juha's version. See who is coming with you. Where you are. How you dress. How you move. How you smell. What do you like to eat? And release through your breathing into the plane anything that is no longer welcome you. Including any shadows, entities, people across space, time and dimension. Any guilt. Any sickness that does not belong to you. Release it. Breathe in. And now let's move into the yellow mirror. This is your creation. This is what you confidently are creating. And ask when on my timeline did I become doubtful? Fearful? Confused? What situation in my life through my childhood, my birth, my childhood, my teenage and my adult created me doubtfulness? Lack? Scarcity? Disharmony? Where did the boom show in this mirror when the explosion of this confusion, doubtfulness happened? What relationship brings you lack and scarcity? Disharmony? Disequilibrium? Unease? When did you accept in this explosion, in this mirror that is showing you a movie when all this emotion of disharmony, chaotic energy, anger became one with you? And as you looking and observing with love and with eyes of compassion, clear the mirror into the flame. Clear it one more time. Ask the mirror to reflect on your body where you have thought chaos, sadness, anger, fear, doubtfulness, confusion. Deprogram them and ask your body to reflect them and come out into this mirror so you can clear into the flame. Turn around and let the mirror to scan the back of your body and see where all history or inheritance of this chaotic energy have been inherited to you. Remember that you are the divine. So release any thought of being second on the serving of lack. Breathe in, breathe out and look into this mirror and ask for a second boom that shows you what individual has instead of programming or creating relationship of chaos, disharmony and unease, doubtfulness. Where is the root of them and deprogram them. Ask this mirror to show you the authenticity of this situation through the heart of compassion. And with love and compassion remove and banish this energy deprogramming into the flame. With grace and ease the known and unknown, the unaware and unaware individuals have created this chaos. Release them into this mirror so you can see from the eyes of the divine what role you play in this relationship that creates this harmony. Release them into the flame. Clear the mirror and be grateful for the experience. And now go to the second part of this mirror. Flip the mirror and look into your higher version with security. I create, I am, I will be. I am conquering my goal. I am walking on my divine assistance. How this divine assistance in sacral time, in divine time, accepting the divine intervention look like. What did this person have created. Ask this higher version how you get to the goal. How you create this life. I am creating this life. I am on this life. I am living my abundance life. I am living with harmony. I am confident. I am every version of me. I am juicy. And I am, I will be, I am becoming, and I am conquering. I am conquering every goal that I set. I am conquering on divine time. I call into me balance and confidence, ease and harmony. I am only accepting in my life. I am moving forward abundance, luxury, ease, harmony, unconditional loving relationship, healthy life, physical health, mental health, emotional health. And I am calling into my life relationships that only going to bring abundance, health, unconditional love and compassion. I am only welcoming to my life money and abundant prosperity that come with ease, happiness, multiplication, ease and harmony. I am calling into my higher version to show me how my authentic self live on the highest vibration of happiness. If any thoughts, shadows come forward, move them with ease so you can see conquering yourself into the plane. Remember that your physical body is also purifying and purging. Ease and breathe any discomfort from your physical body into this water and remind that your body is adjusting to the frequency of harmony flowing like water to be authentic. Let's move to the next mirror, the green mirror, the mirror of Nehara space. In this mirror breathe in, breathe out and remember that your physical heart is wide open. Allow the mirror to show you any blockage, any grief that is no longer serving you, any narrative about how you are supposed to grieve any individual, loved one, situation, lifestyle that is no longer part of you. Any relationship that is no longer in your life. Any toxic relationship with yourself, family members, any emotion, the history of the narrative of weakness, anger, protection, release it. Let us show in the mirror who created this narrative, when did this happen, is this even you? If it is any shadow entity, past life or ancestors, they have been in this area creating chaos. From and back of the heart or on the side, please move forward and move yourself into the flame so you can go into the transmutation of your highest version with ease and harmony. Allow the heart to project the explosion when the you become her. When the you heart decides to shrink, when the you forget to connect to your highest version, the rhythmic of your heart. Breathe in and release anything that is no longer serving you, from bitterness, from anger, to the unhealthy narrative of vulnerability, loss, condition, programming, unhealthy boundaries, pain. Breathe in and out and allow your heart now to move any sensation that is no longer serving, any disease that is not for the highest good. Clear the mirror and move everything to the flame and with love, open the next side of the mirror and ask your highest version to touch your heart and to bring in your heart the vibration of unconditional love, abundance, ease, unconditional love. To seize and to cultivate in your heart everything that will serve your highest version. To remind your heart to vibrate and with your eyes closed and your heart open, allow your mind, body and soul to reconnect to the beat of your heart. What is your heart desire? What do your heart need? What more medicine, what element, if this is a flower, a tea, a color, a person, a place, an element. What do your heart want? And allow your heart to expand, to take over, to vibrate and to generate your highest manifestations and allow your heart to become a guardian of all your highest intentions. Look into this mirror and your highest version with your heart open and allow your highest version to seize unconditional love, abundance, reciprocity, acceptance, allowing, deserving. To remind you you worth and to allow your heart to feel love, unconditional love, tranquility, harmony and peace. Anything that don't serve you, move it into the flame so it transmutes to highest vibration. Let's move to the next mirror, the blue mirror. Allow this blue mirror to show you where you have not speak your truth, how you have delayed your own truth, your manifestation. What hold you, mom, to speak the truth? Who told you you were too bold, too loud, too much? Where did the resisting area have been blocked, the discerning been blocked? Allow a big blue boom to happen in this mirror and show you when did you stop or what makes you feel full about speaking your truth, being your truth, manifesting your truth, your authentic self. What creates uncertainty? What creates unease? What makes you feel like you are too much? What or who mutes you? When did you mute yourself? And in this big boom, look at it and forgive yourself. And if it's any individual or person, any injustice, allow the divine to take care of them. Archangel Gabriel is in this area to remind you that any injustice that you were not allowed to speak on or that you never received will be taken care of by the divine intervention. Allow now all these emotions and narratives to go into the flame. Allow the mirror to show you any other area on you receiving, on you hearing, that might have blocked you. What has created a block for you to listen, receiving, discerning what other people say to serve you? And remove the block and those individuals that block you into the flame. And in this mirror let's move it and flip it to the other side and this mirror is feeling a little bit different. This mirror is fully blue and Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael are here to create divine intervention in this space. In this timeline, release this timeline of injustice when nobody hears you, when nobody hears what you say, when nobody believes you into the energy of Archangel Michael. So the truth can be resolved and allow Archangel Gabriel and Raphael to take divine intervention on this different timeline. Place them back in the mirror and allow these three divine Archangels to take care of them. Also allow Archangel Raphael energy, green and blue energy to move into your throat and into your body for divine intervention and ease. And move everything else, emotions, feelings, uncertainty, fear of speaking the truth. Open your mouth and cough and allow any energy that is stopping you from talking and receiving to go into the purple flame. You are safe to speak the truth. Clear with your hand this mirror and now let your highest version show you how divine intervention can make you glow. How do you sound, how do you voice feel when you are in your divine energy, when you are in a love vibration, when you are in your authentic self, when you speak your truth with ease and compassion, when your heart and your throat are connecting, how you speak your truth and accept your truth without judgment, without fear. Breathe in, breathe out. Receive all the love from your highest version so you feel comfortable to speak into your manifestation, to speak your desires, to speak who you are and to speak on your highest vibration. To speak everything that your highest desire, that you want to manifest, that you want to be, who you will become, because you are, I am, I will become, I will become and I am becoming. Let's move to the next mirror and this is the mirror of the third eye. This is a beautiful mirror and this mirror is going to show you a reflection of what is blocking you from manifesting. What version of you I no longer welcome. Allow this with compassion, without judgment to show you what version of you manipulating, what version of you overpowering, what version of you is filling with lack, what version of you is not allowing you to manifest your vibration, your loved ones, your partner, your job, your money, your abundance, your ease, your health. Also the narrative releases, showing this mirror when did this happen, who created this, what happened that shake your bones, your heart to the point that you decide no longer look forward into your divine future. And we love clear and ask the flame to clear the mirror, to clear your third eye and move everything into the flame. Allow the mirror full of purple flame to reflect back on your third eye for clear. Remove any shadow, blockage, contrast that have been sitting there on the shadow and show this individual in this mirror. If there is anything else that needs to be released, deprogram it and release it. Clear your emotions and remember that your body and the back of your head is safe. The waters are purifying. Clear and flip the mirror. And here you and your higher version are already integrating. Look with your heart open, your throat open and seize and speak into the future on divine timeline. Who you want to become? What you claiming back to you? What you claiming for you and yours? How you want to live your life? How you want to feel? How you want the sensations to feel? Create this. You are the creator and the co-creator. Create everything in the vibration that you desire. Breathe in. Breathe out. Ease your body, your throat and smile back to yourself as you seize your future manifestations and intentions. Speak on the truth with your heart beat into the third eye. Into the third eye. In the next mirror, sit back and look at this big projector. This is your crown, your understanding. What blocking your divine connection? What old programming that you have? Which one is still active? Ask to be reprogrammed and in this big mirror that looks like a projector is a boom that is going to happen. And it's going to show you different timelines, people, situations, beliefs, projections that have been blocking your crown to connect to the great source, to your highest version. To fill you with fear. As you're looking at them with love and compassion, we're going to ask Archangel Methadone to create divine intervention and clear your aura field, your crown space, your akashic and your star space. And to put everything into the purpose plane. And now allow your energetic hand to clear this projection. Flip the mirror and the projector and see the tunnels of light, golden light, white light to connect from a divine space into your crown space for understanding, ease, love and compassion. So now you can manifest and create in the highest vibration. So you will vibrate in your divine spirit. So your divine spirit, your guidance, become one with you. You are now connected to them without any programming to stop it. If there's any doubt, release it to the flame. And allow your body to now start feeling the sensation way out of your body. You're going to understand when your guidance is happening. How does your heart feel when you say yes. If this is something that you see, that you smell, that you hear. Allow your divine gift to become one with you. If you are a manifester, allow the divine gift to become one with you. If you are intuitive, clairvoyancy, medicine. Allow your gift to become one with you in your divine space and divine time. And open the communication between you and your highest divine guidance, divine intervention and divine protection. Breathe in, breathe out and step back. Open your energetic body to integrate all highest version of you to become one. To integrate through your highest space. To allow your body to adjust to this new frequency, to this new harmonize. And let's thank every angel, archangel, spiritual guidance. Special archangels, Metano, Archangel Michael, Juriel, Raphael. The archangels and angel custodians and the amethyst and purple flames to move forward. Every elevated ancestor they came to support and those they also find healing. And move into the highest version and to the light. With grateful heart, we are going to move back. Look back into your white bridge and now see the golden light leading you back into your body. You are walking on top of the ocean that your body is floating. Before you go into your physical body, take a look in the ease and harmony that your body looks like. And with love become one to the vibration. Walk into your physical body through your heart. Let's thank every element, the great healing, the divine light. To move forward for healing and compassion, the purification of the waters. And with love and compassion become one to your body. Start moving your feet, your hands.
