They end their presentation by highlighting the potential of this concept in promoting senior health. 我是112年第二學期修文學與創新創意實踐課程的同學 姓名是洪一嘉 今天要跟大家介紹 我的這個主題叫做銀髮族的全面健康計畫 那我們要從銀髮族的健康現狀開始講 近年來老年人口不斷的增長 銀髮族常常會出現健康問題 如慢性病、心理健康等問題 這次報告的目的就是要說明這個計畫的重要性 銀髮族在身體健康的需求 像是慢性疾病需要長期觀察健康狀況 行動不便 或是營養均衡、服藥、居家安全 或是運動方面的需求 那在心理健康的需求也有認知力 認知力情況的或是心理狀況 情感支持、社交上面的需求 那我認為要解決上述的需求 需要創建一個線上平台 那這個平台的核心思想 就是要提供全方位的健康管理服務 那從日常監測到緊急元素 可以涵蓋銀髮族的健康需求 那這個平台創立的步驟 第一步就是要確定平台的使命 那就是要提升銀髮族的健康和生活質量 那第二步呢就是技術開發 我們要開發平台的各項功能 整合設備還有醫療系統或第三方的服務 那第三步就是上線與營運 就會開始做市場推廣 建立客戶服務團隊 監測平台使用情況 第四步就是上線之後要開始調整 或是拓展整個公司 包括功能跟新技術升級或是尋找合作夥伴 調整根據市場調整整個戰略 那平台的內容分為以下幾項 像是線上會診 遠程監控設備 或是營養應用 提供個人化的飲食建議 智能藥盒 居家安全 像是防諜措施 呼救系統等 還有心理諮詢與治療 或是一些情感情緒的療法 還有社交互動會舉辦線上活動 最後也有教育學習的課程與講座 那結合以上的內容 我們這個平台涵蓋了很多關鍵領域 像是健康監測管理 醫療保健 心理健康 社交互動 教育學習 平台的優勢就可以提升健康管理能力 生活質量 然後可以支援家屬監護 降低醫療成本 這個平台是一個專為民法組設計的管理系統 經過這次的介紹 希望大家對這個概念有更多的了解 也能認識到它在老年人健康這方面有巨大的潛力 我報告到這邊結束
