Hi everyone, it's Trevor in the room one more time, and today's episode, which is also the last episode of the Seed Hunt, yes, it has been a long carny but well, I'll just keep the topic of today. It will be about personal growth in this episode. I will resonate with my songs, talk about everything that helps you find new abilities, and improve your environment and yourself. Well, regarding your personal growth, we will discuss different things as I could not leave them out, learning to do new things, developing the things you have learned and also about future planning. Well, I know that talking about personal growth is a bit conflicting as an adult because, well, you are an adult, and the time when you learn things has already passed, which is usually related to having learned in elementary, middle and high school that is, yeah, in school. And I know that you no longer go to school and you are a functioning adult in the adult world. Sometimes all we think about is just working, but, well, there are also other ways to grow personally. One of the tips I can give you about personal growth is to look for new hobbies and see in which ones you develop better and which ones you like the most. Having new hobbies helps you a lot since you can socialize with other people and learn something new. That is why I ask you to try out many hobbies. Well, with these hobbies, you can practice sports, do some reading, learn to cook, which is functional for our life, like learning posture, making up, etc. Another important tip would be to give yourself time to write and keep your mind and a certain level of creativity helps a lot to maintain good mental health. Reading is very important. You can read novels, if you like them, or any type of graphic literature, too. Also, I encourage you to take a philosophical reading. Well, practically, a philosophical development and personal growth is what we have been working on in this podcast episode, specifically this season, and what you have been working on in all these podcasts. Learning new things or new skills in the practice just lets them add knowledge. If you read a book, maybe you can relate it to other people, discuss this book, or if you're learning sports, keep practicing it continuously. This also helps your physical and mental health. I don't know, practice all this knowledge you have acquired about this personal development. Level up, I know that as an adult, it can be complicated, so stay active, and you have your time is limited, and everything that comes with that life, but it is important that during the week, at least one or two times, you have these types of activities. It will help you have a life in the adult world. I think I've been a bit repetitive that we have been addressing in the recent podcast, but it is also quite important to repeat it because, well, that is what this podcast is about.
