Two years ago, the speaker saw a video on Instagram about Japanese Marathoners and was inspired by their motto about pain and suffering. Since then, their life has changed physically and mentally, thanks to social media's influence on fitness and gym culture. The impact of social media on the speaker's identity is significant, both positively and negatively. So, exactly on this day, two years ago, something magical happened to me. From that point on, a lot has changed in me both physically and mentally within these two years. And a big thanks to social media for bringing this culture of fitness and gym to reality.
