FXM has been busy with various events and programs. They recently went on tour with Bedros Koulian and talked about modern mentality. They also discussed their partnership with MyDNA and their DNA Mastery program. The program uses genetic markers to personalize training and nutrition. They have an offer for the testing program at a discounted price. They also have a subscription program for weekly seminars and Q&A sessions. FXM offers support through a private Facebook group and collaboration with MyDNA. They have upcoming training classes, a Transform & Win Challenge, and a Life Architect Program. They also offer a 12-week program called You Version 2 to help individuals create the life they want. They emphasize the importance of using time wisely and reaching out for help if needed. They are dedicated to helping their clients live happy and fulfilled lives. Hello there and welcome to the FXM live podcast. I can't wait to tell you what we've been up to. There has been so much going on at FXM here in South Melbourne. We've been on tour. We've been on tour with the great Bedros Koulian and the Rise to Greatness tour, which was put together by Fizz Events. On Thursday of last week, we were appearing at the Timber Yard. Both myself and Jordan were given the absolute honour to be on stage and to talk about all things modern mentality. Jordan shared his story, which is absolutely amazing. Keep an eye out for that. All of the clips, the professional photography and videos will be shared as soon as we get them. I shared a little bit about my journey, about surviving bowel cancer, about going through my business journey, and also a little bit about resilience and innovation and how we've moved here at FXM from being purely a gym to really looking at a complete holistic approach to health and wellness, and how we incorporate the partnership that we've forged with MyDNA, which we've started out. Some of you have joined our DNA Mastery program, which, for those of you that don't know, will actually be kicking off our live seminars at 12 o'clock on Wednesday, the 31st. All things DNA Mastery. Looking at how we use our unique genetic blueprint to really be able to look at our training, look at our nutrition, look at the recovery that we need, and so much more. All of those things are going to take your training and your nutrition from generic into genetic, which means it will be your unique blueprint. The program that we've partnered with, with MyDNA, is what they call the Comprehensive Wellness Program, and that actually looks at 60 different genetic markers that go through things like whether your preference is for sweet products, so sweet foods, or whether it's more towards bitter foods, how that affects your actual nutrition. Also, hydration. We're going to look at the recovery that's required and how all of those things come out within your unique genetic report. So, 60 different markers which cover so many things, recovery, what type of training is best suited to you, why you might procrastinate, motivation, snacking, appetite, so many more things. So, if you're really wanting to look at all of that, how you can take your training to the next stage, we've got an offer on at the moment because we wanted to get as many of you into the program so that you can really start to make some sustainable and amazing lifestyle choices. So, the offer we've got on at the moment is your testing program, instead of being 497, will actually be 297. It takes around 10 to 15 days from when the swabs arrive at the lab for those wellness reports to come back to us and then for us to be able to share those results with you. So, during the program, what we've decided is that we're going to do a subscription program which is $15 a week and allows you to join us live every week at 12 o'clock on a Wednesday for a half an hour topic and Q&A. If you can't make that, that's absolutely fine. In this modern age of technical digital thingies, we can actually drop that into the private Facebook group so that you can watch that at your own leisure. But the best thing is, having a private group, what that means is that you can, any questions that come up, we've just dropped them in there and we can really tailor the program so that any questions that you ask, we can answer those in the Facebook group or live on the Wednesday seminar. We can also, if you're looking at more technical questions, then we do have the support of MyDNA, which is science-backed, which is run by doctors and research scientists. We've looked at over 5,000 white papers in the genetic space, so whatever it is that you're thinking to ask, there's no such thing as a stupid question. If there's something you're thinking about, jot it down, let's talk about it, let's bring it to life because I'm sure that if you're thinking about it, other people will be too. So those are just two of the things that we've done over the last week. And then this morning, those of you who were with us, it's Saturday morning here, those of you who joined us this morning for our run club, there would have been probably 25 people here this morning who did a 5K run, led by Zach, and a number of you joined that, ran down to the beach I think, and then back to Co & Co who provided the protein drinks and coffee, and then everyone came back here to FXM for a strength class which was run by Zachy and Jordan and Melvin. So an amazing morning here at FXM and really enjoyed, it was a great vibe, great music going on, great coffee, loads happening. So what's happening next week? Well, training will start as usual on Monday with our leg class, lower body strength class, so get along to there. Jordan will be taking that on Monday morning, Zach's having a few days off, and Melvin will be in the evening classes, so come on down, make sure that you're checked in. We've got a new Transform & Win Challenge which kicks off on the 24th of August, so anyone there feeling competitive or just need a bit of consistency and think that the challenge might be a good opportunity to jump back in, to just get some motivation, and of course hit that motivational element because, as always, our Transform & Win Challenges give you the prize money of $1,500. So not too shabby, got to be in it to win it, it's $197, it's open to all members. You know the deal, you know the rules, turn up to training five days a week, tag us as fxmlife, and also turn up to the kick-offs, get your body scans done, do your before pictures, book in five sessions a week, train five sessions a week, not just book in and don't train, and do the best you can. You know, we're coming up to summer, so this Transform & Win Challenge is going to be a big one, it's going to be really, really focused, it's coming up, create that summer body, and who knows, you could go away with the $1,500 prize. Of course the DNA testing is going to help that, and for the next couple of weeks our DNA tests will stay at 297, after that, after this introductory period, that will go back up to 497. Those of you who have been through the Life Architect Program, I know we've had such amazing feedback on just the consistency support that Life Architect gives you, the ability to actually create habits and rituals, keep that journal, start looking at your gratitude. Well, some of that has been taken into the DNA Program as a weekly journal, but anyone that's looking at joining the Life Architect Program, we'll have a new one coming up at the end of August, and yep, anyone who wants to look at that, give us a hoi, and we will take you through exactly what that entails. We'll be kicking off on the 26th of August at 6 or 6.30 for the Life Architect Program. It's all online. We go through breathwork, we go through habits and rituals, we go through purpose, and a heap of other things just to really help you to really commit to taking responsibility for your training, for your mindset, all of those things. You get to work with me for a 12-week program. It's a three-month program, and we're really looking at what you want to do, what you want to create with this life. Who do you want to be? What is it you want to get out of it? How many people are stuck in Korea in a life that they're really not fulfilling their purpose? Ultimately, we all have choice. Sometimes it's not as easy as just going, oh, I have choice, so let's change it. Sometimes you actually need help and support to be able to look at life with a different perspective, to be able to really just make the changes. It can be as simple as a sliding door moment where a different perspective is given and life changes in an instant. That's what it's all about. We only have a certain amount of time. We all have the same amount of time in our lives. It's really how we use it. It's easy to get stuck in self-deprecating and in those patterns and cycles, and it's okay to actually reach out and ask for help, and it's okay to actually get help to be able to look at what it is you want to do with your future. How do you want to use the time that's left on this planet? I know from bitter experience that when cancer hits you or divorce, all of those things, it can really set you back. It's not about the adversity, well, it is, but it's about using that adversity to really fuel the future, to make good decisions, to make good choices so that you can live a really happy and fulfilled life. If that's something which is kind of just eluding you at the moment, you're just going through the motions, you're really not sure what it is you want to do, come and have a chat, and let's work out together what it is that we can support you with. What we're looking at is being able to help our clients in whatever way you need to really be able to create a positive and inspirational life for the time that you have left, the time so that you're not leaving anything on the field. It's about creating the future that you absolutely want, creating you version two, whether it's in training, whether it's in mindset, whether it's through nutrition.
