I'm the Director of Baptist Church Planting at the St. Hills Centre for Church Planting in the north of England, and I co-lead the Firestarters Network with Chrissie. And I'm Chrissie. I am the pastor and co-leader of Beacon Church in Stafford, and as Alex said, I do co-lead the Firestarters Network. In this podcast, we'll explore some really simple habits practiced by churches and leaders across our Baptist family who have experienced some really significant growth. We'll also be exploring the challenges of leading a growing church, and we'll hear real experiences of pastors, planters, pioneers, and church leaders across our Baptist family who are on the front lines of leading these growing Baptist churches. I've spoken to hundreds of leaders who are passionate about seeing their churches grow and really want to see that happen. Some have, but many haven't. We're going to explore all their questions and more. I lead a scattered model of church, and I've spent years both in the U.S. – yes, I'm an American – and in the U.K. trying to understand the most effective ways to do missions. We hope as you follow along with us, you'll find inspiration and practical steps that can have a real impact on your church.
