In this tutorial, the speaker explains how to use Audacity. They suggest checking the microphone input in the settings and ensuring it's correct. To start recording, click the big red button, and to stop, click the square. The speaker also mentions the pause button for temporary pauses. Adjusting the volume can make the voice louder or quieter. To play the track, click the red button, ensuring the computer volume is up. Finally, the speaker thanks two people for their help in creating a podcast. Today, I'm going to be teaching you how to use Audacity. So, when you download Audacity, you're going to want to check your track. You're going to want to see your microphone input is correct. So, you're going to do that by going into settings and making sure that it's correct. So, you're going to see a big red button. And when you click the big red button, it'll be record. So, you're just going to start recording. If you want to stop recording, you click the big square. If you want to pause it, you click the pause button, like Netflix pause or YouTube pause, you know. But, you know, if you want to make your voice look louder, you've got to up the volume a little bit, you know. If you want to make it quieter, you know, make it quieter. If you want to play your track, you've got to make sure you're not recording. So, you're going to click the red button and then play it. And make sure your computer volume's up to make sure that you know what you're doing. So, when you do that, then you should be all good and you can make a podcast, you know. Special thanks to Thomas O'Neill and Henry Moore for my podcast. Thank you.
