The podcast episode is about life challenges and the guest speaker, Erin, shares her thoughts and experiences. One daily challenge Erin mentions is feeling pressure to meet her parents' expectations. She suggests putting oneself first and doing what makes you happy to overcome this challenge. Erin also believes that other people's opinions should not matter and that challenges are temporary opportunities for growth. She encourages listeners to not care about others' judgments and to live life authentically. The host concludes by thanking Erin and expressing the hope that the episode was helpful and enjoyable. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to On the Air, the podcast where we tune into life and explore the melodies of human experiences. I'm your host, Erika Teteriga, and I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you. Today's episode is on life challenges. Before we get started, I do want to mention that I will be having a guest speaker. We're going to kind of just go over four questions and really just dive into life challenges. I think this is important to talk about since it's kind of a way to dip into the future and understand that challenges will pop up. So let's get started. Please welcome Erin. Hi. Thanks for having me on. So I'm going to ask you four questions, and these can be your own personal experiences or challenges. Okay. First question, Erin, what is one challenge you think we face on a daily? Career pressure. I think as someone's child, you never want to let down or disappoint your parents. And so you always strive to be who your parents aspire you to be rather than actually putting yourself and your happiness first. Second question is how to overcome it. It's easier said than done, but you just have to put yourself first and do what makes you happy. Does other people's opinion matter? It's always easy for other people's opinions to affect you, but at the end of the day, you just have to remember that it's your life and you're in control of it. Question four, should you let your challenges affect you? I see challenges as only temporary, and it allows for you an opportunity to grow and become more successful. So for question three, I actually want to elaborate on that. I have a site that I actually want to put in. The coolest thing you can do is to not care, to mind your own business, find things that you are excited about, make choices for yourself and not for anyone else. Dress the way you want to dress, talk to the people you want to talk to, and just do your thing. Thank you so much for coming on. It was great to really dive into life challenges and explore this path. Well, that will wrap up today's episode. Hopefully you enjoyed it, and if this helped, I will be thrilled. The goal is to feel like you are here with us talking. Thank you so much for listening. Hope to see you guys soon with another episode of On The Air.
