For many years, I have been researching this topic and I have been working to commemorate research. Now, I am going to talk to you about mental health. It is a state of mental well-being that allows people to cope with stressful moments in life, develop all their skills, be able to learn and work adequately and contribute to the improving the community. A mental health problem does not prevent you from having a full life, creating a job, starting a family or enjoying any aspect of life. Now, the expert Adrián is going to tell you a little more about the importance of this topic. Now, I am going to explain about the mental health. Mental health is very important for the land and every day. Hello, I am Ari and I am going to explain about the different factors that can affect mental health security. For example, compulsive, rapid social change, risk of violence, problems that affect physical mental health. One of the causes of poor mental health is anxiety. The person with anxiety worries or feels very nervous more often than others. Even when there is little or no reason to worry. What are the symptoms, Abrile? Possibly other way to mental health, I may opinion that mental health is the stage of social and very polar balance of a person with their socio-cultural environment which co-entails their social participation or ability to face the difficulties, perceptions and judgments of reality of themselves to achieve well-being and good quality of life. I believe that mental health is something basic and fundamental in our life since the emotional state we have can influence our daily ability. I think that mental health is a beautiful and yet important conceptive life I think in my college have. Avril, what do you think? I think that mental health is the most important thing apart from physical health because the mind is one of the powerful parts of the body that makes you involuntary or voluntary things like to react or think and now Adrián is going to give his opinion. In my opinion, mental health is very important for all the parts of the body but with sport we can improve the mental health. We can run, walk or more things to improve the mental health.
