The speaker hopes to offer insight and support to listeners and invites feedback on their podcast episodes. Okay, so testing. Okay, so I wanted to start and introduce myself because I just threw you guys a little snippet of what we will be sharing in this podcast. And I wanted to give you guys my background. I'm an artist. I have an artist's brain. I have undiagnosed ADHD. I just manage it with other things. But here I am showing face. And hopefully you guys like my content on this channel. And what I'm going to bring you guys will be talking about my life. A lot of trauma I've been through. I didn't even realize I had any trauma. I was perfect. I was perfectly fine. And then it's like boom, pandemic hit and it just went, it was like a big old balloon of crap that just flooded all over. It's just personal stuff, but I will be sharing a lot of it. And hopefully you can find some insight and some courage to change your life, pivot and just change your life because we can all change our life if we just like really wanted to. But we don't. We're just stuck in our old ways. We're stuck in the patterns that we've been taught. We don't know any better. So we have to deprogram ourselves from everything we've ever been taught by our loved ones. According to them, they gave us so much, but it just wasn't enough, I guess. So we need to open up our own spirit, open up our own mental state and be like, okay, I recognize that this was not a good thing, but I'm going to move forward. I'm going to do better. I'm going to have my children better than I was. They're not going to need as much therapy or just talking to somebody. I try, I try to be, we're not perfect. We are all earthlings and we're not perfect and we make mistakes and we're human. That's basically it. We're human. We make mistakes. We just got to learn how to learn from it, from our mistakes and just try to make things better little by little. It's not going to take a magic wand to just make it all better. But here we are, right? So I wanted to, I'm a mom of two kids. This is a Spanglish channel, so you will be hearing Spanish like here and there. But yeah, so hopefully you guys can learn something and teach your kids or help with your cousin, tu prima, que no sea tan mensa y que se pongan las pilas. Because this lifetime goes by real, real fast and by the time we know it, ya estamos bien viejas y ya no hicimos nada de lo que queríamos hacer. Y ahí nos quedamos. I don't want to be like that. Like, fuck that shit. I ain't doing that. So yeah, I hope you guys, if you guys have any topics, please leave some comments or reach out. También we're going to be talking about like energy and astrology and I'm a whole bundle of information. So I like to share that with people. So maybe somebody can use it, you know? I just love learning. I have this thing for learning. I love to read. I love to read about all kinds of things, different cultures, all kinds of stuff. So I like sharing little snippets because sometimes like, what if you learn something? That's, you know, we never stop. As humans, we never stop learning. So I've always liked to learn all kinds of stuff. So yeah, I'll be sharing stuff like that. Since I did grow up with my grandmother for the first five years, she was an energy healer in her pueblo. Y pues de ahí ella me enseñaba cositas y pues, you know, it influences you for the rest of your life. The first five years of your life influence you for the rest of your life. So yeah, she taught me a few things here and there. So and then my mom taught me a few other things too. It just goes from generation in our culture. It just goes from generation to generation. If it's in your family, it's taught since we were very young. But yeah, doing all that, protecting yourself against like my routine, like because I'm a makeup artist, so I still do makeup for my client. And I like to teach that because that is so real. Energy is so real. Whatever you say about energy and vibes and all this shit, like it's real. Like you can't tell me otherwise. Yeah, I'll be teaching you a little bit on that how to like, you know, keep your whole energy to yourself and not let it be drained by others because that is so real. But we will touch on a lot of that and then how to, you know, deal with our kids a little less rough than we were raised. So they have a better chance at life than we did. We've struggled. The millennials, we've struggled. So here we are showing face, like I said, and we're going to just keep thriving through all this mess. And I wish you well and I hope you listen to all of my episodes and give me some feedback.
