Take a deep breath and soak up this beautiful, divine, supportive love and tell yourself, I'm doing the best that I can. And that's all that is asked of you. Do the best that you can. Instead of beating yourself up for what other people think you should be doing or what they expect of you, take a moment and ask, what is it that I'm meant to do today? And whatever it is, whether it's washing dishes or taking the kids to the park or doing a project at work, just know that you're going to do the best that you can. And really strive for that.
