The speaker concludes by expressing gratitude and encouraging the listener to have the best day ever. Good morning, my friend. Take a moment to get into a cozy space. You may wish to lie down or sit up straight, whichever you feel called. When you're ready, gently close your eyes. Release your shoulders down away from your ears. Relax your jaw. Swiggling your jaw around or yawning to release the muscles in your face and giving yourself a moment to just be. Take a nice, beautiful, deep, loving breath in and out. Take another beautiful, deep, loving breath in and out. One more big, deep, loving breath in and out. Allowing your body to relax, just focusing on your breath and being in this moment. As we start today, it's a new, beautiful opportunity to do the best that you can. Each new day brings that beautiful, clean slate, a new beginning, and a chance to start over. Sometimes we are much too critical of ourselves, beat ourselves up for not doing things as we think we should. Sometimes we also beat ourselves up because of what other people think we should be doing. We begin to should all over ourselves and we start to feel bad. However, each day, we do the best that we can in the circumstances, in the moments, in the feelings. Is it always perfect? No. Are we perfect? No. However, each day is a chance to learn and to grow, as well as to stand in your power and to say, I did the best I could. I'm doing the best that I can in this moment, trusting that you are supported, knowing that throughout your whole being, through spirit, God, universe, angels, you are supported divinely, as well as right here on earth by many people around you, even if they aren't right next to you in that moment. Take a deep breath and soak up this beautiful, divine, supportive love and tell yourself, I'm doing the best that I can. And that's all that is asked of you. Do the best that you can. Instead of beating yourself up for what other people think you should be doing or what they expect of you, take a moment and ask, what is it that I'm meant to do today? And whatever it is, whether it's washing dishes or taking the kids to the park or doing a project at work, just know that you're going to do the best that you can. And really strive for that. In that moment, strive for it. You got this. I see you. And I know that you are doing the best that you can. So take another deep, beautiful, loving breath in with a smile on your face to say, I'm doing the best that I can. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for being you and being here. Now go and have the best day ever.
