We had a conversation with Oriana Wouters to get her perspective on Aruba’s oceans from an experienced background. Oriana has worked with natural resource management and policy development, integrated management and cross-sectoral policy alignment, holistic conservation management, with a special focus on promoting significant stakeholder participation, alternative livelihood development, and transparent and good governance principles in conservation management.
