Nothing to say, yet
The speaker addresses the confusion surrounding the concept of the church. They explain that the traditional church and religious culture can be confusing, with divided pastors and individuals on their own paths. The speaker clarifies that when one receives Jesus, they become the house of God, and God dwells within them. They emphasize the importance of understanding one's identity as a king and lord in the kingdom of God, with authority and power. The speaker encourages listeners to trust in God, as he will never leave or forsake them. They remind listeners that every breath they take is God's breath, and they are the dwelling place of God. The speaker concludes by promoting a local boutique and inviting listeners to contact them. Welcome to Faith Alive, it's five, the five-minute gospel. I'm Dr. Faye, your host, and now for today's word. Of all the searches, over a million people in recent years have reached out to say What exactly is the church? They're confused. Why are they so confused about the church? Because the church is confused about the church. The traditional church, church culture, religious culture, it's confusing. It's confusing when there are buildings on every corner representing God and yet so divided. That pastors can't come together at the same table and support under right and, you know, applaud each other for their efforts. That ministers and men and women of God around the world seem to be on their own path and not the path of God. So it has confused the masses and they're now saying, how do I know which one is true? Now, I want to bring clarity here in Faith Alive in Five, this five-minute gospel in a very short period of time, a point of clarity where you can go and read the script for yourself. Now, point in fact, this is truth, that Jesus said, me and my father would come and make our abode with you, which means we're going to move into the house. The moment you receive Jesus, you, he moves into the house. Then the Apostle Paul, in explaining this to the church of Corinth, he said, behold, you are the church of God. He no longer lives in a temple made with hands. Can we pause and take a slot, breathe that through. He no longer lives in a temple made with hands, but you are the house, the temple, the building of God. An eternal building, not made with hands, but eternal in the heavens. You are his habitation, not a place he visits. The buildings we go visit, where God lives is he inhabits the praises of his people. He inhabits those places, these bodies that house our true self of ourself, our spirit being. That is the place where God lives. So when you ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart, you are asking him to take control, to be the Lord of your life, to take control of your waking, walking, talking life, that you want to understand, know, and realize that you're breathing the breath of God through your body. You want to hear his voice in a strangers you don't want to follow. You want to know who you are and how to walk out this life because everything that he has for you is attached to your identity, understanding who you are. You see, you only access through the kingdom of God by understanding that you're a king. Kings live in kingdoms. Lords know that they're rulers, they're governments, they are authority. You are a king and a priest unto God. He's king of kings and lord of lords. You are a king and you are a lord, which means that you have authority, you have power. Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents. I give you authority to walk out, to trample under all powers of darkness. I give you authority to lay hands on the sick and they recover. I give you authority. See, you have the power resident within you. So this is to eliminate, totally obliterate any confusion about who's right and who's wrong. I say to you, God's right. God's true. You can trust him. Put your faith in him because at the end of the day, he's the only one that will never leave you nor forsake you. He will be with you always, Jesus said, even to the end of the world, which means that there's coming an end to everybody's world. We don't know the end to an ultimate world, but we know that there's an end to everybody's world, which means it's the place of last breath. It's the last breath God breathes through us so that he yet, he continues to breathe through others. So in this moment that you have, while breath is still coming through you, that breath is still being breathed through you. Identify it as God's breath breathing through you because that one breath that he breathed in Genesis is still breathing through every human today who's alive in this planet. He's breathing through you right now and that breath is his spirit. That breath is his life force. So whether you're sitting on a pew today or in the pulpit, you are the house of God. You are the place where he dwells. You are his point of contact with humanity and he wants you to know that. So don't be confused anymore. There's no need for that. Just know that God is dwelling in you and whether you're in a building or not in that building, know that he is in your building. The place where he abides is inside of you. So ask him to make that known to you and I promise you he will.
