In this episode of the cups series, the focus is on the two of cups card. The card represents partnership and balance, whether it's with a romantic partner, friends, or family. Following your heart and intuition is important, as long as you're not hurting anyone. The card can also indicate duality and the need to consider different perspectives. It can signify a new relationship or deepening connections based on mutual interests. In reverse, it can suggest disharmony or imbalance in a relationship. Saying no to certain relationships creates space for more fulfilling ones. Journaling prompts include considering what the figures in the card are offering each other and what you can give in your own partnerships. entangled enriched souls perfectly pitched as our spiral is hitched new emotions bewitched welcome to episode two of our cups series that was a little poem from the muse tarot guidebook on what we are going to be going over today which is the two of cups so i am excited for today's episode and i'm so glad that you're here today going back to our basic numerology two what does two represent in numerology two represents dun dun dun partnership balance um i sometimes think of like duality but not always um union um blah blah blah i'm like missing the one word in my head partnership i think i said that right partnership um that's like the main word that i focus on with twos is how can i work better with the people around me whether it be a romantic partner or your friends um or family okay the two of cups card and i'm going to be basing it off of the writer wait tarot right now um in that card is two people and they're resembling pictures of people from other cards and they are in union together with two cups and thinking about the like what they both mean it's like you're following your heart you're just jumping jumping right in following what feels like right for you and that's kind of the whole premise of the cups is really learning to follow your feelings and follow your intuition and being very heart led because otherwise what's the point like your mind's going to tell you that you can't do it or you can try to think your way around things but um sometimes you really just have to learn to follow what feels the best because ultimately that's all that matters um as long as you're not hurting anybody in the process and you're if you're being heart led hopefully you're also being like love led so the two of cups if you're thinking of it like duality um i sometimes think of when i see a two um the two sides of the same coin so like if there's one option what's the other option if there's one side of the coin what's the other side of the coin um i don't always think um twos mean duality but there are some times when i feel led to focus on the dualities or maybe if i have another card like say um the hanged man what is the other perspective that's kind of how i can use um other cards to help answer like if i were to pull just the two of cups the two of cups can mean a new relationship with two new people kind of like the ace of cups but it's actualizing it's not just a new idea or a new feeling it might starting it might be starting to take some steps deepening your spiritual practice or diving into a hobby will lead to new connections based on mutual interest so maybe you're being led to do a new spiritual practice or a new hobby to meet some new people that have similar interests if you're in a current relationship you are revealing in feeling loved and supported in your life so the reversal for the two of cups if you decide to pull an upside down or if an upside down card comes out and you feel compelled to read it reversed so not the the first meaning there can be another mean disharmony a breakup even it can indicate the presence of imbalance in a relationship so where in your relationship are you in balance try to remember that when you're saying no to a certain relationship you are creating space in your life for a more fulfilling relationship so in essence when you say no to something you're creating more space for a new yes that is that is probably or possibly more in alignment some journaling questions or prompts um or reflection on the cards could be like what do you think that the two figures are offering one another in the two of cups card so like if your card has two people on it and they're offering they're giving something to each other what is it that they're giving and what could you or i be giving more of in our partnership we talked about in season one a little bit about um giving having a full cup to be able to give so if your cup is full what what is it that you are going to be giving in your partnership slash relationships so just some thoughts just some journaling ideas and i think this ends our episode two two of cups in our cup series so as always if you have any questions you can might as well just hit me up on instagram um my username is at ashley fox so i'd love to hear from you and i hope you're enjoying this little segment on the cups our tarot whole series shebang so have a wonderful day
