I'm going to relax your whole body now first. Any sounds that you might hear around you will help you to relax even more, even better. Imagine that you can see a beautiful color in front of your eyes, any color of your choice. Now imagine that you can see that this color goes into your toes and your feet, and you can feel that your toes and your feet are getting heavier and heavier, a nice relaxed feeling of slowly going up into your calves, past your knees, and further up into the rest of your legs. You can feel that your legs are getting heavier and heavier, your thoughts can go out and away, you don't need them at all anymore. Now you can feel how the relaxation is going up from your legs, past your hip, into your stomach area, pushing away any worries, any stress, any negative feelings, anything that makes you feel out of control, claustrophobic, anything that doesn't allow you to feel calm and relaxed. You can feel how all of those negative emotions are going out and away. I would like you to focus on your breathing now and slow it down, breathing slowly in and out. You can feel how your heartbeat is calming down, breathing slowly in and out. A nice relaxed feeling is now going up into your shoulders, relaxing all those muscles, and it's going down into your arms, past your elbows, further down into your hands and fingers, just feeling so relaxed. Now you can feel how the relaxation is going up into your neck, unravelling all those tight muscles, smoothing them out completely, and it's going up again into your jaw. You can feel how your jaw is getting heavier and heavier. I would like you to focus on your breathing again and slow it down just a bit more, breathing slowly in and out. Just feeling so calm and relaxed. Your thoughts can go out and away. We don't need them at all anymore. Just feeling safe and secure, feeling protected. Now you can feel that those beautiful colours going into your eyelids, and your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier. Focus on what you can see behind your eyelids, if it's black, white or colours. Whatever you can see, focus on it now, and you can feel that you're drifting away, letting go completely, drifting deeper and deeper. You have a shield around you that protects you at all times. That shield is allowing you to feel that you always have enough space, always have enough air, always feeling calm and in control. Now imagine that there's a staircase in front of you. There are ten steps going down. See how you're going down from step number ten down to number nine, relaxing you completely. Going down to number eight, nothing else matters anymore. Down to number seven, drifting, relaxing. Down to number six, feeling so good. Down to number five, feel how you're drifting even deeper down. Down to number four, your thoughts can go out and away. You don't have to pay particular attention anymore. Down to number three, your subconscious mind will stay alert, taking in all the positive suggestions too, and your conscious mind can wonder now, going down to one. You're at the bottom of the staircase, and in front of you, you can see a door. You see your name on that door, and you step into your beautiful room. You immediately feel calm, relaxed, feeling that you can trust yourself to make all those necessary changes, achieving all your goals easily and effectively in this room. Now imagine that you can see that there's a comfortable chair in your room. In front of that comfortable chair, you can see a very big window. The window is open. Outside, you have a beautiful view. It's a nice day. There's only one cloud high up in the sky. Imagine that you're sitting down on your comfortable chair. Now you're letting go of anything that is still in your mind, conscious or in subconscious mind, that is not allowing you to feel free, not allowing you to feel that you have enough oxygen, anything that is still making you feel claustrophobic, confined, anything that doesn't allow you to feel in control, anything that doesn't allow you to feel that you can trust yourself in any given situation, of the situations where you might feel that your subconscious mind is taking over, if it means hypnosis, sleep, or any other situations. Now imagine that you let go of all of those negativities, feelings of being out of control, feeling claustrophobic, not trusting yourself, letting go of all of those negative feelings. You're putting them all into the cloud, and you can see and feel that the cloud is getting bigger and you are letting go. You're letting go of your deepest fears, not being good enough, strong enough, fear of failure, you put it all into the cloud. That feeling that you always have to be in control, put it into the cloud. Negative past experiences, put them all into the cloud. That fear of that when you're not in control that something negative would happen, that you might be in pain, fear of dying, any of those underlying feelings that you might not have seen or felt consciously, put them all into the cloud. Your subconscious mind will be aware, your subconscious mind will open all those doors to all those shadow aspects, allowing it to come out, allowing it to go into the cloud. Now you can see how the cloud is getting bigger and darker. You've put everything that is in your mind, subconscious and conscious mind, that is hindering you to feel free, light, feeling that you have enough air, enough oxygen, anything that is hindering you to feel free has been put into the cloud. The cloud is really big and dark. There's a little bit of wind coming up and the wind is pushing the cloud away. You can see how the cloud is getting smaller and smaller and now you can't see that cloud at all anymore. Imagine that you're lying back and you're closing your eyes, you're feeling so light, positive, happy, trusting, peaceful and in control at the same time. You can feel how you have let go of all those negativities on a deeper level, deeper subconscious level, deeper cellular level. You're feeling happy and light, feeling that you can trust yourself, trusting your path, trusting that everything that is happening is happening for you, not to you. You can just let go, surrender into it. Imagine that you can see that you're able to wear your mask, you have enough oxygen, you feel protected, you feel that beautiful liquid inside of you giving you that strength, tranquility, peace of mind, trust in yourself. You're able to breathe perfectly, not even noticing the mask at all. You can wear it for hours and hours. It doesn't matter where you are, where you are going. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold around you. It also doesn't matter if you're sitting in a plane, if you're in a shopping center, sitting in a car, being outside, being indoors. It doesn't matter where you are at all. You're not even noticing the mask on you. You're able to breathe perfectly in any given circumstance. Imagine that you're in an environment that is quite warm. In fact, it's hot. You have the shield around you protecting you. You're not even feeling the heat at all. You have a beautiful, perfect temperature. You're able to regulate your temperature, emotions perfectly, trusting in yourself. Now you can see that you're wearing your mask and you're going into an elevator. There are lots of people on this elevator and it takes quite some time to go to wherever you need to go to, if it's from the bottom up or up down. You're feeling calm, relaxed. You have that shield around you that always gives you enough space. You're always having enough oxygen. That liquid inside of you is giving you that oxygen from inside. That shield around you is giving you enough space and oxygen from outside. You're feeling calm and relaxed, not even noticing that you're in an elevator, not even noticing the people around you, not even noticing the mask on you. You're thinking of other things, distracting yourself. Just feeling calm and in control consistently. It doesn't matter where you are, what you're doing. Just feeling peaceful inside, feeling calm and relaxed, trusting yourself. From now on you're also going deeper and deeper when you're in this calm space, seeing more, relaxing more, surrendering into it, trusting yourself, opening all those doors to your subconscious mind, seeing so much more, having more insights, more wisdom. All those memories are popping up. You're able to let them go if they were negative memories from past lives, understanding things more, connecting the dots, understanding where you are in your current life, why certain things are coming up for you, showing you those blind spots easily, working on yourself, having more and more insight, feeling that everything that you're doing is helping you to grow. Things are happening for you, feeling grateful, light, happy, trusting, going through all those emotions so much better, with more insight and wisdom. With this nice feeling I would like you to imagine that you're getting up from your chair, you're walking out of your room, walking up all those steps again, going up from step number one to number two. You have grown so much, feeling proud of yourself, three, happy and relaxed, trusting in yourself, four, able to be in any space, able to breathe perfectly, having enough oxygen inside, also from the outside, doesn't matter where you are, five, able to wear that mask for many, many hours without even noticing that you wear it, perfect oxygen flow, trusting in yourself, going from five to six, being able to be in any space, elevators around many people, wherever you are, having enough oxygen, feeling calm and relaxed, flying in an aeroplane, sitting and waiting, doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, doesn't matter if these eaves flow or not, you just feel calm, going from five to six, trusting yourself, feeling peaceful, feeling in control, seven, and surrendering unto all of that, feeling happy inside that you have let go of all those negativities, they don't matter at all anymore, you might remember them but they don't have a negative effect on you, eight, feeling free, feeling light, trusting yourself to go deeper, eight, at any given time, remembering, having so much more insights, wisdom, nine, being able to see, hear and feel so much better, going from nine to ten, from tonight on you'll be able to sleep deeply, having insightful dreams, remembering your dreams in the morning, understanding yourself even better, calm, in control, peaceful, light and happy, I'm going to count from one up to ten and when I say ten you can open up your eyes again, when I say ten and you have fallen asleep at night, you can carry on sleeping, that's your choice, one, two, three, four, five, feeling so good, trusting yourself, six, seven, eight, peaceful and calm, nine and ten.
