So hello guys, my name is Luis Antonio, and I'm here with my brand new podcast about insomnia That's called all nighter. I study in C. Japan to fill on do I'm from Brazil and I'm going to present you my my colleagues So all hi all my all nighters. My name is Sebastian. We know I'm from Honduras I'm 17 years old and I study in Accounting in So my name is our salon, I I am 18 years old I study in the In administration in business. I'm from Afghanistan, and I'm very glad to be a part of this podcast So now guys we are going to talk about ourselves about history that Became in our life. I'm going to ask to said Do you have some? History that happened to you about this of you. Yeah, in fact when I was a kid I Always watch YouTube videos before I go to sleep. Yeah, and I think that is that will be a bad thing about a thing because Right now I am is very difficult for me to sleep. Well, yeah, in fact is very difficult while I was saying because If you watch the YouTube videos before you go to sleep is very bad for your health and for other things because When I was a kid, I have good vision right now. I have to wear glasses because I was too much Usually used to be using that affect my eyes. So that's a thing that I regret right now, but I hope Y'all don't do my mistake and you Arthur do you have a story that you can share? Yeah, but first let's talk about what is insomnia Insomnia isn't just about tossing and turning in bed It's a multi-phase experience that can disrupt every aspect of our lives From the frustration of lying awake in the silence of the night throughout our journey will also explore strategies to for for reclaiming our sleep For mindfulness and relaxation Technique to the role of medication and therapy and perhaps most importantly will discover the power of community and connection is Overcoming insomnia isolating grip. So now I'm going to talk about my experience and then I want to talk about when you're going to sleep, but the next day is a very exciting day like you're going on a trip or Something exciting like going something with doing something with your friends and you can't just you can't just because you're just thinking about how much fun you're gonna have with your friends or your families or the place you're going and for me that was a very big part of my Childhood. So now we have something more to tell us about I also have your thing that That when we are young and that you know that you're gonna have a big day Yeah, you cannot sleep because you are so excited about that day and I feel your feelings Like me when I was young it was Some birthday friend and some birthday party friends, excuse me. So yeah, of course that When you have an exciting journey, you cannot sleep well because you are too too excited excited about about it So Sebastian, do you have some story like that or not? Yeah, of course like I don't know if you have This kind of story but when you have a sleepover when Your family. Oh, yeah, we have that So yeah When I have sleepovers, I couldn't sleep like when you when you were a cousin you always gonna laugh or maybe Video games and all the stuff, but I am I relate to you when it's a trip. I want when you do a trip Me too, I'm getting too excited when I go to my To my home country. So you Also, do you have another story to tell us like do you have insomnia? when you have vacations like In the winter or something like that I Don't have a subject about what you're talking about I can switch the subject and talk about other things that I'm very experienced it experienced at so You remember like when you go to school And you can't really sleep because you have a lot of stress because you have a lot of exams Everything exam homework that you didn't do And exactly remember the first day that the summer starts when the summer started the first sleep you have it's the best in your life Oh, yeah, it's like it's like when you book when you come from a long trip and you have to Urgently go to the toilet and let down a big poop, you know It's like that like the same feeling when you sleep that night of summer, you know, you gotta let it out man Yeah, no stress you just relax that you believe that you it's gone nothing it's not in your body anymore Yeah after a long trip, you know When you sleep too much I'm the only one I'm tired then I sleep not much. Yeah, like when I sleep 10 hours I'm what I'm more tired than I sleep like yeah Really? Well for you, you know, really like like I can sleep 12 hours straight. I'm going to be in shape really like because I When I was young, I usually sleep at 8 and I and I Wake up at 8 2. So it was like I think yeah. Yeah It's the best thing Well, where Excuse me when you were young. Yeah, your mom has a Best time so my the time was at 8. Oh So I slept all the day at 8 and I wake up of the day at 8. Yeah Good school, you know was the same for me like when I was younger I used to sleep like 12 12 hours and I wasn't like get tired But now when I sleep a lot like I'm very tired but compared to like if I sleep like five hours and I'm great shit, but For me personally When I was young, I'm I agree with you Sometimes I my bet I was a But the problem like my dad always worked late like and I could never see him at what was our Like he will start at 6 in the morning and he will come back at 9 Yeah, so my best time was 9 because I want to see my father before I go to sleep. Where did Do you your dad work? Because he have a company I have a company yeah, that's why so So so that's what the main problem and right now you know the vacation of Sorry the winter break. Yeah, which means you all have it with the break me personally I don't know why but every day I was I will sleep at 6 a.m. 6 a.m. 6 a.m Why every day 6 a.m. And then I will come back work way in When I sleep like that, I will If I was more tired than when I sleep to like 10 10 o'clock and well, yeah, because like we are Because we are animals the diurnal so we we have to Sleep at night and wake up at the morning. So if you stay It's still a little late wake up you you're going to be tired So yeah, I say you have something to say though Yeah I have something to say like me personally if I do what that says like Sleep at 6 a.m. And wake up at 4. I couldn't do this because it's like in my mind I waste all my day and I like wake up at 4. Yeah. Yeah It's not good for me like I would not be proud of myself I do this number but I didn't say I was proud of myself. I'm agree with you because When I was all my family sleep I'd like 11 or midnight Imagine me at 11 a minute. I wasn't tired like I was like I was alone looking videos doing nothing like Nobody's up at 6 a.m. I was the only one is like it was like Long, I wouldn't like it. But right now hopefully I can sleep well because of the decision And how do you help you because then I have course And I have classes very very You gotta be disciplined very Yeah Okay, but when Yeah So one of my biggest advice is that you don't gotta sleep late because when you sleep late you got it You can you can't do nothing. It's the night. You will not be disciplined and if you like sleep, but Maybe if you say 10 and you wake up at 8 When is the morning you can do everything you can like go outside go to the gym and when it's like 10 10 o'clock at night you can do nothing. You just lose your night in your sleep so Arsalan and Luis, do you ever do a sleepless night a sleepless night? Yes Well when I was young actually is like a sleepover with friends on and you start Video games at 8 a.m. At 8 a.m. I already did it did that but it was when I was really really young Yeah, when we were young video games were like so popular and like there was a lot of good games now We're older who can do that. So thank you. Thank you guys. So listen to our podcast for the next episode We're gonna talk about how to sleep well in the night and until next time remember even in the darkest of nights There's always a flicker of hope for a brighter tomorrow Thanks for tuning in
