William, a strong boy with anger issues, always won in sports competitions. During sports day, he and Alfie were the same length, but Alfie won the race. Despite his anger, Alfie generously gave William the opportunity to compete in the finals. If William hadn't thrown a tantrum, Alfie would have placed. William was generally more powerful and won the sprint every year. In the end, their class came in second place, which William was okay with. Once upon a time there lived a boy called William. William was a strong boy who always won in his sports day competitions. But the only thing was, he had anger issues. And anger issues was not essential for good sportsmanship or any sport. But one day it came to sports day and Alfie and William were the same length. Alfie in length 1, William in length 5. There was a big race and Alfie won. Alfie, or me, the author of this book, was a very athletic boy who didn't have anger issues and was very kind and generous. One day he won the race, the sprint race, and we all got angry. But he wanted to go into the finals, so Alfie was so generous and gave him the opportunity to go into the finals. As kind as Alfie was, he was very angry with William because he lost the race. If William had not done that tantrum then Alfie would have come first, second or third. I know this sounds weird to you, but it's true. He was generally an athletic boy, but William had longer legs and was generally more powerful and won the sprint every year. At the end we had all the different sports and activities such as the egg and spoon, the quits relay, the battle relay and handball football. These were all very good races that we all won. In the end we came second class, but Will was ok with that.
