Yanela Rios is a 24-year-old from Peru with a background in commercial aviation and a bachelor's degree in business administration. My name is Yanela Rios, and I'm 24 years old. I'm from Peru, and I have a background in commercial aviation and hold a bachelor's degree in business administration. Over the past six years, I have learned great experience in customer service and administrative roles, including working at BBVA, one of the biggest banks in Latin America. In 2021, I emigrated to New Zealand, where I worked at Christen Airport on the South Island for approximately three years. This experience was amazing, as I interact daily with passengers from around the world, requiring me to use both language, Spanish and English. Outside of work, I'm passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures.
