The Yappy Hour is a podcast where the host, Zoe, talks about random topics in life. Each miniseries will focus on a different big topic and have four episodes with a guest star. Zoe loves learning about the world and they will cover various subjects. The podcast is a pun on happy hour and will include a drink dedicated to each episode. In the first episode, the drink is a virgin mojito. Zoe ends with some advice and sings the outro jingle. This is where future Zoe will put her intro. Not really. Insert glasses clinking effect. Welcome to the very first episode of the Yappy Hour, the podcast where we yap on about random things in life. This podcast will take place over a bunch of miniseries with one big topic for each miniseries, ranging from restaurant rankings to the effects of religious history around the world. Each miniseries will have four episodes, with a guest star for each one. Guest speakers are people that I know from around the world, and they're also yappers. I was born in Mexico, but I grew up in Peru. However, I'm currently residing in the grand state of Washington in the United States. Having grown up in so many cultures, I have a big love of knowing things. I love to know all I can about the world. Hence why here in this podcast, we have so many subjects, and we'll cover so many random and bizarre things. Point is, we're going to yap a lot or talk however you want to put it. The Yappy Hour is a pun off of the happy hour. So obviously, there has to be drinks. Every episode is going to have one drink dedicated to it, either chosen by me or by the guest speaker. Today's drink is a virgin mojito. It is delicious. It is basically a club soda with jarabe de goma, lime, and crushed mint. I don't put the alcohol in because I am not of age. Before the end of this introductory episode, I will leave you with some sage advice. Embrace the cringe, dab on the haters, and yap, yap, yap away. Typically, this would now be where one would put their little outro jingle, but I myself am not quite technologically savvy enough for that. So I shall just sing it. Outro jingle.
