So, breathing in slowly and deeply through the nose, and exhaling through the mouth as you begin to settle down. As you exhale, letting go of any tension. With each deep breath you take, you begin to relax more and more. You may notice a sense of lightness, almost as if you're floating, gently drifting down to a serene place. Focus on every breath you take. Continue to inhale deeply, and exhale slowly. Feel the rhythm of your breath as it guides you deeper and deeper into a state of inner calm. Imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head. Feel it flowing down to your neck and shoulders, into your arms, and all the way down to your fingertips. Washing away any feelings of tension, of tightness, allowing you to relax and let go. As you continue to breathe deeply, let that wave of relaxation move down through your chest and your back, down into your tummy. Feel any tightness or discomfort melting away, leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed. A wave continues to flow down through your hips, your thighs, your knees, all the way down to your toes. Your entire body is now deeply relaxed, and your mind is drifting to a place of calm and contentment. You will hear me counting the numbers, from ten all the way down to zero. Just listen to the numbers you hear me count. Allow each number to help you to drift down ever more deeply into that hypnotic state of relaxation. Ten. Beginning now. Ten. Nine. Drifting down. Eight. Seven. Six. Relaxing more and more. Five. Four. Three. Down, down, down. Two. One. Zero. Relax and let go. Relax and let go. You've been telling me that you need to drink more water every day. See yourself at home in the morning, having that quick coffee or maybe grabbing an espresso from somewhere. Is it a quick coffee? It's done. It's drank. And filling up your bottle with cool, clear, crisp water and taking that with you and drinking it all day long, right into the evening. You know that drinking more water is a smart choice. There are so many benefits to drinking water, it's difficult to even list them all. Water helps regulate body temperature, form saliva, produce hormones and neurotransmitters, delivers oxygen, helps food pass through the intestines and flushes body waste. It's so important. It can also increase your energy and help relieve fatigue. And as you're looking to lose a little weight, it will even help to promote weight loss. Drinking more water flushes toxins out of your body, boosts your immune system, hydrates you, can cure those fuzzy heads that you may get from lack of hydration in the past. And it will make you literally feel happier because your body will be functioning at its absolute best. Your body runs on what you feed it. It runs on the air you breathe and the food you eat. You are in total control of your body's state of health. Filling your body with fresh, clean water helps your body to run at its peak efficiency, which is an amazing thing. You deserve to give your body what it loves and what it wants. Your body deserves to be taken care of properly. What more could you want? The human body is comprised of around 60% water. And as we age, the water in our body decreases. So we need to drink more.
