Healthy habits are essential in my daily life. Maintaining a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and taking care of my mental health are important pillars for my well-being. These habits help me feel more focused and happy in my school day. However, it's not just those habits, but it can be more like avoiding sleeping after dinner, eating slowly, not skipping breakfast, staying hydrated, and not staying up too late at night. All of these habits are important for me to have a healthy and happy life. Los hábitos saludables son fundamentales en mi vida diaria. Mantener una alimentación balanceada, hacer ejercicios regularmente y cuidar mi salud mental son pilares importantes para mi bienestar. Estos hábitos me ayudan a sentirme más concentrada y feliz en mi día a día escolar. Sin embargo, no solo esos hábitos, sino puede ser más como el evitar dormir después de cenar, comer despacio, no soltarse al desayuno, mantenerse hidratado y no dormirse demasiado tarde por las noches. Todos esos hábitos son importantes para que yo tenga una vida saludable y feliz.
