In the first quarter, our e-business generated $1.3 million, growing by 16%. However, we struggled to bring existing customers onto our e-business channels, resulting in a plan fulfillment of only 62%. Despite this, we reached a milestone of over 2,000 online shop orders. The app remains our fastest growing channel, with a 23% increase. The eShop saw slower growth at 9%. Construction and cargo divisions had significant e-business growth, but growth slowed in other divisions. We have potential to grow as only 3.5% of active customers bought online in March. We have exciting exclusives and rewards coming up to encourage customers to use our e-business channels. Sales teams can also benefit from bringing customers online. Training sessions are available for support. Let's make our customers fans of our e-business sales channels. Hi. The first quarter is over. Time to recap and look back on the first three months. From an e-business perspective, in e-business, which includes eShop, app and digital systems, we were able to generate $1.3 million, grow by 16%, with a sales share of 6.7% and a plan fulfillment of 62%. It's a big challenge for our company to bring existing customers on our e-business channels. The growth of our active customers in e-business is stagnating. This is also the main reason why we only achieve a plan fulfillment of 62% in the first three months of the year, which is a sales gap of $819,000. But there are also great milestones we're happy to share. For the first time in the history of our company, we have managed to break through the 2,000 online shop orders mark. The app is still our fastest growing e-business sales channel, with 23% and digital systems, we're able to grow by 19%. The growth of our main pillar for e-business expansion, the eShop, slowed down to 9% growth and generating $477,000 sales in the first quarter. Having a closer look in division level, construction achieved great growth figures of over 51%. E-business sales in the cargo division also grew by 41%. In all other divisions, the e-business growth slowed down in March. So far in 2024, we have 1,302 active customers in e-business. In March, only 3.5% of our active customers bought online. So we have massive potential ahead of us. We must continue to bring our existing customers on our e-business channels to ensure productivity and future growth. We have great online exclusives in the pipeline for the workout week, the perfect time to inspire customers for the eShop and app and to reward them directly with a prize draw, free gifts and an exclusive online prize. But not only our customer benefit. Our sales team can benefit from bringing customers online too. The battle for the eShop app hero top club wildcard is on. Don't miss this unique opportunity and secure your spot on top of the ranking and bring your customers online. Please let us know if you need any additional support. Get in touch with us. Book your e-business training session and we will be happy to join your next team meeting or on a travel day.
