The scene shifts to the Netherworld where we meet Sub-Lord Chance-Medley and Suffer and Croaker who are trying to convince the Sub-Lord of a threat in the form of a child, Henry, who must be eliminated before he damages their progress spreading Nihilism. The task should be easy accept their target is protected by none other than the Dreaded One, but Snuffer has a way to defeat the Protection, he thinks.
