Welcome to the Hillbilly football group. In this episode of the Hillbilly football podcast we will break down the plays from the Rose Bowl game in 2023-2024 season. Hi I'm Chase and I'm Aiden. This is the Hillbilly football group. We are really appreciative of the refs in this game because without them this podcast would not be possible but still at the same time we still hate them because they made Alabama lose. We are going to break down the Rose Bowl from this year and try and convince you guys to think why Alabama was cheated and they should have gone to the college championship. We think Alabama was cheated by the refs because officials missed a blatant running into the kicker penalty the Rose Bowl game that left Alabama punter limping and should have resulted in a Crimson Tide first down which could have given them the extra points in order to win. That is why we think Alabama got cheated by the refs and now we're going to break down some of the highlights in the Rose Bowl game. And before we keep watching the first play of the game was an interception by Alabama but they called it out of bounds which could have resulted in Alabama having a perfect position and could have turned the game over from the very beginning but they called it out of bounds before it is an interception. Yep, there's the play. So that was devastating for Alabama fans. We will give it to Michigan, their defense is very good. Alabama O-line is doing horrible. Oh, must punt. Did Alabama get it?
