The speaker discusses the concept of freedom and how individuals often restrict themselves from experiencing true freedom. They mention the UN's declaration on rights and how we limit ourselves due to fear of self-expression and judgment from others. The speaker invites the listener to imagine being in a circle representing complete freedom and asks them to explore what it feels like and how it expands their life. They then encourage the listener to step out of that circle and examine their current reality of freedom, identifying limitations and beliefs that restrict them. The speaker suggests taking action towards true freedom and living one's best life. Hi, and welcome to Six Minutes of Stillness. This is Tracy here. Today I wanted to talk about freedom. It is very interesting that freedom is one of the fundamental choices which the wonderful author Robert Fritz says are things that we should be focusing on as choice every day. The choices include choosing the end result of being healthy, choosing the end result of living your true nature and purpose, choosing to live from freedom, and choosing to be the predominant creative power and force in your life. Today I want to visit the idea of freedom. You know, so often we talk about our rights and included in that is the UN's own declaration on rights for people, including the right to be free from fear, free for self-expression, and all sorts of really very interesting things that we should think, yeah, those are our rights. But have you noticed how we as individuals restrict ourself from these freedoms? We restrict ourselves from self-expression, from talking our truth, from turning up as ourselves, and so many aspects of us. What's also very interesting in the scope of freedom is that we often limit ourselves to what it is our heart desires for us simply because we create barriers to what it is we think that we can do, who it is we think that we can be, and most worryingly, what others might say. So let's experiment. Imagine you're on a beach, a blissful, calm beach, and you just stick and draw a big circle in the sand. And you call that my freedom. And you step into it. What is there when you are completely free without restriction, without limit, without any controls or anything to limit you? Who are you there? What are you doing? How does it feel? Wear every garment that becomes the feeling, vibration and sense of freedom. Notice how expansive it is. Notice how you feel. Notice what you're doing. Notice how your life is from the freedoms you have gifted yourself. And now, imagine stepping out of that circle and walking further down the beach and creating a circle called the current reality of my freedoms. Once again, step into that circle and really do an inventory, a stock take an audit of everything within that sense of your currency of freedom. Notice what you're thinking. Notice where the limitations are. Notice where you've given your power or who you've given your power to, to dissolve and describe who you are and who you need to turn up as and what you need to do. And ask what else is there. Notice beliefs, thoughts and meanings and values that you have that actually are in the current reality of how free or controlled and constricted you are. It's interesting, isn't it? Imagine just springboarding out of that current reality and walking back into that circle of the end result of being truly, totally free. And imagine there's a big ladder from your current reality circle to where you are now. And just notice the current reality. And notice that first run on the ladder. And ask yourself, what did I need to do to take that first step towards truly becoming free and truly, freely living my best life. And once you get that clarity, make a decision, set an intention to take that action, whatever information you get, take that step of action, without question. Just know that in doing that, you have taken one step forward in having more freedom in your life and truly living a life of freedom. Thanks for listening and looking forward to catching up again soon. Bye for now.
