Let's Pray For One Another

Special welcome to our first time listeners. It is a beautiful cool Friday evening in Trinidad and Tobago. I trust that you are all right, that you had and, um, or is having a great day. Right. It's the end of the work week basically for most people. And I trust that you, besides having a good day, that you had a good week as well. Um, just wanted to jump on here and, um, talk about something here. And, um, I didn't even really settle on a, on a title for this as yet because, um, it's a really interesting topic. Um, so I'll just keep it simple and I'll call the title, Let's Pray for One Another, because that is what we really need to do. But before I get into it, I just want to read a scripture here from 2 Thessalonians from, from about, well, verse one. All right. It was one to three. And it says, Now we beseech you brethren by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto him, that he be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled neither by spirit nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. And this is the scripture that I want to focus on. Let no man deceive you by any means or that they shall not come, except they come a falling away fools. And that man of sin be revealed the son of perdition. And what I want to stress on here, especially in the fluid books is the falling away. All right. So I'll just read over verse three. Let no man deceive you by any means or that they shall not come, except they come a falling away fools. And that man of sin be revealed the son of perdition. And, um, we are living in a, not just a time of deception, but a time of high deception. Right. And what actually sparked this program is I saw a video of a young man, um, not sure of his age, but very young, maybe 12, 13 or something to the most, uh, very talented. Right. Um, they described him as a, an anointed gospel singer. And what caught my attention is, is, is where it said in the title that he tuned anointed gospel singer, tuned trans, transgender pop artist. And as I listened, as I watched the video, um, can't remember his name because I'm really not familiar with him. First time I came across him. But as I watched the video and, and, and, you know, there are, there are so many elements to this because sometimes we see people and, um, for people who, you know, not led by the spirit and stuff, we may think, all right, they're so anointed and stuff. And they simply just talented because the gifts of God are without repentance. So even if you're not serving the Lord Jesus Christ and you decide to do your own thing, God is not going to take the gift things that has given to you. He's not going to take it back. Right. And, um, so, so many times we see somebody and some people might think, you know, that this is so anointed and they sing so well, they preach so well, you know, and they're not anointed. They're just simply gifted and talented. Right. And I'm not saying that this is the case with this young man, but I just putting that out there. Right. Um, I only heard him sing one song. It wasn't an original song. Uh, he could sing very well. Right. He has a, he has a, uh, you know, a very good one. So he definitely is gifted and talented, but to see him change transgender, something had to seriously take place. You know, you don't go from that point at that point overnight. Everything is a process. The Bible says everything is a time and a season. And you're seeing the falling away that the Bible talks about taking place. You're seeing people that, and in some cases, some cases celebrities, right. Just falling by the wayside. Even as we, even as I speak, as I do this program and you're listening to this program right now, right now, somebody somewhere in the world is in the process of falling away from the Lord Jesus Christ is in the process of going off course. Some people have already gone off course. And this is why I decided, even though I didn't finalize on it and I just, you know, let's pray for one another because we really, really need to lift up each other in prayer. We need to pray for the body of Christ. You know, don't just pray for the people you know, you know, your family, your friends, your coworkers, acquaintances. No, pray for the body of Christ because the body of Christ needs prayer, serious, serious prayer. We are seeing too many soldiers of Jesus Christ falling by the wayside. Strong or people who were once strong men and women of God falling by the wayside, blaspheming God, speaking some unspeakable things, doing some unspeakable things. And we need to pray for each other. We need to seriously pray for each other. And so I pray that this young man, if he's still around and if he's still in that type of lifestyle, I pray that, you know, he would have an, you know, that he would have opportunity to repent and change and turn back to God. Because it's one thing to never, never, never knew God and, you know, you're living, you're living a, you know, ungodly lifestyle. But then it's another thing when you knew God, you tasted the goodness of God and there's a scripture that talks about that in the New Testament that I can't recall at the moment. But it's one, it's another thing, sorry, when you've tasted of the goodness of God and, you know, you just go off the deep end as they say, you know, it's really, really sad. It's really, really, really sad. Because we are, we are, remember we are the souls. And if the soul has lost its flavor, you know, we can't really affect people, you know, for Jesus Christ. And the enemy is so evil and wicked that, you know, talent like that, gifts and talents like that, target very quickly, very easily. You know, and if we're not strong enough, you know, you fall prey. And many people in this time, in this hour, are falling prey to the enemy. People are falling prey to the enemy and don't even realize it. And by the time they actually realize it, it's too late. Just earlier today I came across another video that I haven't finished watching as yet. But up to the point that I watched a Britain Got Talent finalist who was offered, you know, offered a contract with the enemy. You know, and I have to finish, I have to finish watching that one because that, that, that, that is another thing, you know. And so, time is so short, time is so short. Let's do what we could do for the kingdom of God. I pray that whatever situation you're going through, before even, before even continue, if you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ, I encourage you to, to live for the Lord Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, live according to the Bible, do what the Bible says, you know, and just live holy, just live righteous. We all have to do that. And so, let's really just pray for each other in the name of Jesus. You know, plenty of times people talk about praying for each other, but if you're not in the Lord Jesus Christ and you are praying for people, then you're not really praying for the benefit, but you're praying, and you might, most likely you might be doing it unconsciously, although some people do it consciously, you know. You might be praying for somebody, but because you're not in the Lord Jesus Christ and you're not praying in the name of Jesus, you're praying for the person's own fault and don't even realize it. Because it means that whoever you're praying to is not Jesus Christ you're praying to. Right? Some may agree, some may disagree, you know. And so, many times you talk about praying, praying for each other, but you have to pray for somebody in the name of Jesus Christ. Anything outside of that, you're basically praying for the other person's own fault and you don't even realize it. Right? And while we're on that topic, I was actually going to do a separate program on that, but I think I'll just intertwine it here one time. You know, when we talk about God, that name gets thrown around so much. When somebody says God, you really don't know who they're talking about. Because you might be a believer in Jesus Christ and you might be speaking to somebody who is not a believer in Jesus Christ, but you have not yet realized that. And so, when that person says God, in your mind, because you know you are serving Jesus Christ, you are thinking that they are talking about the God that you serve. You are thinking that they are talking about the God that you serve, but they may not be talking about the God that you serve when they say God, I believe in God, thank God, praise God, all these things. They might simply be talking about the God that they serve, which is not Jesus Christ, but you have not yet realized it. So, when you hear somebody talk about God, they haven't really said anything as yet because you really don't know which God they are talking about. You know, we as believers in Jesus Christ, we know and understand that there is one true living God, that God the Father. Three persons, one God. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, we are the Holy Spirit. So, we know as believers in Jesus Christ, when we talk about God, we know who we are talking about. But for somebody who is not in Jesus Christ and just throwing around the title God, you know, we have, unless, you know, we are led by the Spirit, we really don't know which God they are talking about. So, many times you see, you know, because of all the different things taking place in the world, you might see countries doing maybe a national day of prayer or something, and they might have the different faiths, different religions coming together, right, to pray for the nation. And what actually happens in a situation like that, from my understanding, is that the Christians, let me say it like this because a lot of people identify as Christian and they are not, the believers in Jesus Christ know who we are praying to. We are praying to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are praying to the Father, right, in the name of Jesus. When people outside of Jesus Christ pray, and, you know, you have the different religions and stuff, they are praying to their God. So, when you have something like a national day of prayer in a country, and you have the different faiths coming together, what is actually taking place is light and darkness is taking place right there. Because you have the believers in Jesus Christ praying to Jesus Christ, right, and then you have the persons outside of Jesus Christ praying to their different Gods, right, which are actually represent, which are actually demonic spirits, plain and simple. Some people may agree, some people may disagree, that is what it is. Demonic spirits, right, all these other different type of Gods and things are actually demonic spirits, right. And so, what you have taking place there is light and darkness, right in the midst there. Because you have people praying to different Gods, not the, you have the believers in Jesus Christ praying to God, but then you have the other, other, you know, beliefs in the mix, and that kind of thing, right. So, we really have to be careful, we really, really, really have to be careful, you know, when you hear people throwing around the term God, and there are some people that talk about God consciousness, and there are some, there are some terms that some people use that it just gives them away. Right away you know, alright, this person is not talking about Jesus Christ, you know, when they say God, when you talk about God consciousness, and vibrations, and other terms that they use and stuff like that, right. So, coming back to the original topic, it might seem disconnected, but it's actually connected, because at the end of the day, regardless of the situation, we all have to pray for each other. We all have to pray, and we cannot pray just for ourselves and our families, and you know, whatever concerns just us. We have to pray for the body of Christ, because there are other people going through things that we are going through, there are other people that are going through things that are worse than we are going through. While we're sleeping in the night, there are people who can't sleep, because they're having nightmares, insomnia, etc., etc., they're under attack, you know, they can't sleep for the entire night, you understand. You know, while we're able to eat a good meal, there are people who can't eat, they have nothing to eat, even if they want, even if they have something to eat, and they want to eat, they can't eat, because of demonic torment, and demonic attacks, and all these different things. And there are some, there are some, how would I do it? There are some topics, some issues, that some believers, whether they be pastors or just a normal believer, fail to talk about. They seem to, some pastors, some believers, seem to shy away, stay away from certain issues and topics, you know, they don't touch that. I, like in the case of pastors and ministers of the gospel, I call them, you know, people like that, who stay away from certain topics, you know, I call them safe zone preachers. You know, so they only, they only, they only minister, um, things that... Might I tell you that serving Jesus Christ is mostly an uncomfortable experience, and I want you to understand what I mean when I say that, because, because of the, the things that you would have to go through as a believer in Jesus Christ, this is why I say that, it's a beautiful experience, it is a beautiful experience, but it is most of the times uncomfortable. Simply because of the things that you would have to go through, the sacrifices that you would have to make, um, you know, there are times when, when, you know, your spirit would feel good, but your body tired, your body exhausted from waking up and praying, praying and fasting, doing all night, all night um, you know, all these different things, right? So it's a beautiful experience, I'm not saying no, it is, right? Being in the presence of God and everything, but then, you know, when you have like the, the trials and the under attacks and the, you know, these are the uncomfortable times, you know, but generally, and all in all, it is, you know, giving your life to Jesus Christ is the best decision you could ever make, and if you haven't done it as yet, I pray that you do it sooner rather than later, um, time is very, very short, um, you know, you see everything that is taking place, you know, and even now, I pray for you, the listener, I pray for all of us, um, you know, that, that God would really, uh, meet us at the point of our needs, you know, um, I, I mean, I can testify, He meets me at the point of my needs, and I pray that He would meet you at the point of yours, I pray for the sick, I pray for those, uh, sick in mind, body, soul, or spirit, those that, um, you know, you're going through a rough time, maybe, maybe, you know, you're grieving the loss of a loved one, uh, maybe you lost your job, you know, uh, maybe, you know, the foreclosed on your house, or something like that, you know, you're dealing with a broken marriage, um, in the middle of a divorce, just divorced, widowed, whatever the situation, God is more than able, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, is more than able to bring you through, and bring you out, and, um, you know, in order for us to, uh, you know, draw closer to God, uh, we need to go through some things, you know, if you don't go through anything, that is how, that is how, you have to be sick to know that God can heal, you know what I mean? You have to, um, lack something, you know, to know that, hey, God is a provider, you know what I mean? So, for those of you who, maybe, you know, you don't know the Lord, you haven't made a decision as yet, and you're going through whatever you're going through, whatever painful experience, you know, I, I just want to encourage you to accept Jesus Christ, live for Him, you know, um, all of us have been hurt, some of us, uh, way more than others, um, you might be in pain right now, just recently, you know, I was, I was, I was looking at something on a video on YouTube, and, um, part of the video was about a lady that was married to a guy, um, they're based in the UK, and, um, I mean, the lady, the lady, you know, she's cooking, she's cleaning, she's doing this, and, you know, normally, you hear, you hear, you hear some, some of the horror stories and stuff like that with domestic violence and things, man, but, um, this was a actual, this was actual footage, so this was not a movie or anything like that, this was actual footage, and, um, to see the way that, you know, he, he was controlling her and stuff like that, you know, he would tell her, like, you know, like, when to sit down, and, and when she sit down, you know, sit up, sit properly, and, and all these different things, and, you know, he'd blame her for everything, and, and, you know, well, the worst I saw is, in a way, he hit her with a wrench on her hand or something like that, and, you know, it's just really, really something else, you know, and I know there are people that have gone through worse, many people have died in these situations, but let me tell you something, if you are in a, let me say, uh, I wouldn't even limit it to a domestic violence situation, but if you are in a life and death situation, right, um, and you might, you might, you might be in a life and death situation and not even realize that it's a life and death situation, because a lot of, a lot of victims in these situations, they make excuses for the abusers of domestic violence, especially, um, you know, the husband and stuff like that, you know, they make excuses and stuff like that, and that is when you know you're, you're really in the, you know, when you are making, when you as a, as a victim are making excuses for your abuser, um, you are, you are in very, very deep, and you need to get out, you need to need, you really need to get out, right, and, um, it could cost you your life, it could cost you your life, and only God can bring you out and bring you through, right, whatever the situation is, maybe you're being abused on your job, abused in some type of way, I saw another one recently, I think it was last week or something like that, an elderly woman, I think she had, uh, dementia or something like that, had a dementia and she was in her home, I believe it was, and, you know, the way they were dealing with her and, you know, mocking her, I don't know, there are some real monsters out there, some really, really, real, real monsters out there, and so we really need to pray for one another in the name of Jesus Christ, you know, pray that, that, that for those who don't know the Lord, that they will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, you know, there are so many testimonies, you know, you could Google it, you know, testimonies of Jesus, you could check it out on YouTube, many people, including myself, um, where, you know, God has, um, done some really awesome things and continues to do so, and He can do it in your life, you know, um, don't think that you exempt from the, from the, uh, you know, the favor of God and the blessings of God, um, and, and, you know, you're seeing it, you're seeing it flowing in other people's lives and you think, well, I will never have that, you could have that, you could have that, you know, just make Him your Lord and Savior, surrender your all to Jesus Christ, and you, you could walk in the blessings and the favor of God every single day, as a matter of fact, the fact that you wake up every day, that in itself is a blessing, even though you may not be in right standing with God, that is the mercy and the love of God, you know, so I don't want to be too long, right, but, um, let's really pray for one another, pray for the body of Christ, pray for people that you don't even know, pray for, pray for people in situations and circumstances, people that are hurting, you know, people in domestic violence situation, there are many in domestic violence situation that you don't really hear anything about, and, and so much so that you would think that it wasn't happening when it really is happening, men that are being verbally abused, emotionally abused, it's not just women, children that are being abused, it's not always physical abuse, because the worst type of abuse is really emotional abuse, because that is something that some people never recover from it, you can recover from it, but there are many people that don't ever recover from the emotional abuse, you know, they might heal from the physical abuse, you know, heal from the scars and whatever it is, but the emotional pain, the mental pain stays with some people for a lifetime, you know, drives them insane, you know, hallucinations, flashbacks, different triggers, just trigger, you know, horrific memories and stuff like that, right, so I pray that if you are one of those persons that are, you know, you're really hurting from whatever the situation might be, you know, I want you to know that God loves you, Jesus loves you, he died for you, he shed his blood for you, you are precious in his sight, you know, and if no one has ever told you that they love you, Jesus loves you, there are people praying for you that you don't even know about, there are people praying for your well-being that you don't even know about, people that you have never met, may never meet, but yet they are praying for you because God has laid them, sorry, God has laid you upon their heart, in their spirit, they pray for you, and so you, while you may think that you are alone, the enemy loves to make you feel that, you know, you're alone, nobody loves you, nobody wants you, you know, this is why a lot of people commit suicide, you know, they go into depression and stuff, and then eventually some people commit suicide and stuff like that, you are loved, people are praying for you, you are not alone, even though you may feel alone, you are not alone, get a King James Version Bible, if you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ, accept him today, just believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved, get a King James Version Bible, begin to read and study the Word of God and watch God do some awesome things in your life, you don't, you may be one of those persons that don't believe that Jesus Christ is real, put your faith to the test, many people do experiments, up to today I was watching one, they do social experiments, if you don't believe Jesus Christ is real, do an experiment, put your faith to the test, you know, there's a scripture in the Old Testament where a guy named Gideon, you know, he asked God for confirmation three times, and even though God confirmed what he asked the first time, he wanted further confirmation and God came through all three times, and God can come through for you in your situation, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter how long in the situation, how bad the situation is, God can come through for you, put your faith in God, put your faith in Jesus and watch Jesus bring you to, bring you out, turn your life around in ways that you could not imagine.
