I need a cash refund for the billing of a year, as I will not be using this service. I tried to use it during the trial period, but had difficulty, and I will not be using it in the future. Please contact me regarding a full refund of the charges to the debit card on file which is now closed due to my financial institution closing it as a fraud charge.
