Feel a stream of energy flowing into every part of your body from your head all the way down to your toes. Now that you are relaxed and your conscious mind is asleep, ask your subconscious mind, what do you want in your life? If you could have anything that you want in your life, what would it be? Decide what area of your life you want to work on today and work on the same issue each time you listen to this recording until you see the results that you are looking for. First, you want to imagine your future vision as if it has already happened. Then say, I am so happy that... and finish the sentence with what you imagine you could accomplish as if it has already happened. An example would be, if your issue is getting a new job, you would say, I am so happy that I have gotten the dream job that I have always wanted. Then you could say, I am thrilled that I am making more money than I imagined possible. Please say it as if it is true and already happening. This is the trick of manifesting. I am going to give you a moment to think about what you really want. Only pick one thing, like a job, a relationship, better health or whatever the top issue for you is right now. So I'll be quiet for a moment while you pick an issue. Have you got it? Now I'm going to say several sentences and you finish them with something positive that you really truly want and say it as if it has already happened. Write them down and keep them by your bed. I am so glad... and now finish my sentence. I am so happy. I am thrilled. I am so excited. I am feeling so good about... Always start the sentences with I am. It is like you are mapping out your life. If you wanted to go on a long trip, you would look at the map to see how to get there, right? You would look at what roads to take and where you might stop for the night. Well, this is the same thing. Without looking at the map of your life, it's pretty hard to know where you are going. This really works if you work it. If you believe it and you trust the process, even though you don't know how these things will come to you, once you put the plan into motion, they will find a way to manifest in your life. The universe has its own way and all you need to do is trust and do this exercise every day. Twice a day is best, once you wake up and once you go to sleep, to keep you on track with your goals. Now allow all these suggestions to take an effect in your mind as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation and they seal themselves into your subconscious mind and they reinforce themselves over and over again.
