Now, by now you've been through all the steps that have been the crux. By now you've been through all the steps to get to this point, sending the agreement. Now, the client has agreed to go ahead with the one option or the other option. Okay, remember the alternate choice close, yes or yes. And the follow-up and the natural progression from here is to say to the client, would it make sense for us to go through the agreement together? Very simple, would it make sense for us to go through the agreement together right now? Okay, and the client who said yes, they are nine or ten out of ten, they've agreed to going ahead with one of the options or the payment plan, and now it's time to get it signed up and wrapped up, okay. So, would it make sense for us to go through the agreement together right now? Yes, it does. So, this part must be slick, okay. Again, if it's the first time you're doing this, make sure you practice, okay. Practice, practice, so this part is super slick and super easy for the client to go ahead. So, we simply must type in a few things into our laptop, their name, the amount of the deal, and whilst you're doing this, keep the client engaged, okay. How do we spell your surname? Even if it's a simple name to spell like John Smith, how are we spelling Smith, Mr. Customer? And keep the client engaged as you type in the details into the agreement, okay. This is why you've got to practice this, because you don't want to be sitting there, going through and faffing about, not sure of what you're doing. So, keep the client engaged, okay. Even if you're asking them, what are you doing later on today, something, just keep the client speaking, keep the camera on as you do this, okay. Then, simply send the agreement to the customer. Typically, it's on a platform like HelloSign. We use HelloSign, it's very simple. Once you write up the details of the customer, the details of the deal, you send it to the client, the client receives a link, okay. Simply ask the client, did you receive that link okay? Yes, I did. Fantastic, thank you. Thank you. Simply click on that link for me, the client clicks on the link, and opens up the agreement. Now, say to the client, fantastic, you can see your first name there, you can see the details of the deal that we've just agreed. Now, if you have a guarantee, and we do, and I, again, recommend that you have a guarantee here somewhere, even if it's a satisfaction guarantee of sorts, okay. Point to the client, say, look, there's your name, John Smith, there's the details of what we spoke about, the agreement you'll find on point eight, okay. I'm going to go quiet and let you go through that. It's a short document, so it won't take you long, big writing, so it won't take you long to go through that. I'm going to go quiet now, I'm going to go quiet now, and let you go through the agreement. If you have any questions, do let me know, okay. So the client is now guided to the agreement. You've made it super easy. You've asked if they've received the link. Yes, I have. Simply click on that link for me and guide them through, like I just said. Now, the client will be going through the agreement, okay, and you stay quiet. Well, they may have a couple of questions as they go through. Make sure you know every section of that agreement, so any questions that come up, you can answer them quickly, easily, and efficiently, okay. This part has got to be super smooth, all right. So the client's now gone quiet. They've gone to the bottom, and now they say, right, they might ask you, should I sign it here? And you say, yes, sign it there. I get a copy, you get a copy, so it's all stored for us, okay. That makes it super professional, super easy for the client. This part must be easy for your customer, okay. Now, again, a nice language pattern to use is, yes, if you're happy and comfortable. A nice language pattern to use here is, if you're happy and comfortable with the details in there, simply sign on there. I get a copy, you get a copy. Fantastic. And go quiet, okay. Bang. They've signed the agreement. Congratulations, you've got a new client. But there's more. You've got to send the payment link, and we'll be discussing that in the next module, in day 14, okay. So let's take a look inside the slides, because remember, repetition is the mother of all mastery. Have I said that before? Yes, I have. Remember, you're learning a skill here that took 37 years for me to condense. So you've got to put your work in. This is not easy at the beginning. At the beginning, you've got to learn this stuff and make it super smooth, so your client feels that they're in the hands of a professional, okay.
