Streptococcus pyogenus is a bacteria with simple spherical shape, measuring 0.6 to 1 micrometers. It is ground positive and lacks flagella, fimbrae, or pili. This can be seen in the picture provided. For physical characteristics of Streptococcus pyogenus, the shape is simple coccus, spherical and small. The size is 0.6 to 1 micrometers, so very small. It is ground positive and the physical trait is that it does not have any flagella, fimbrae or pili. As you can see on this picture, there is no fimbrae, pili or flagella that are coming off of each microbe.
