The transcript is a conversation between two people introducing themselves and discussing the purpose of their podcast. They talk about their backgrounds, their roles in the company Syncopate, and the services they provide, including MuleSoft and Confluent. They emphasize the importance of storytelling and their commitment to client satisfaction. They mention that in future episodes they will discuss more about MuleSoft, Confluent, and Grakato. They also mention their team member Bobby, who is a musician and the sound engineer for the podcast. They briefly mention Workato as another service they provide. Okay. One, two, three, go. Hello, hello. Thank you, Nicole. My name is Sunny. Thank you for tuning in again. We are here with our first episode of our podcast. Before we dive into why we do this, explaining why we do this podcast, we would like to take this first episode to introduce ourselves. Nicole? If you want, we can say we'll introduce you, Nicole, in a little bit. You're going to start first. My name is Nicole. My name is Sunny. My name is Nicole. My name is Sunny. You can say whatever you want. It's good to give a high level of it. Maybe add what we like as a person. It's good to give a high level of what we like as a person. It's good to give a high level of what we like as a person. It's good to give a high level of what we like as a person. It's good to give a high level of what we like as a person. I think that's really fascinating, right, being especially in the consulting world and being a solution giver for every possible problem that clients would face. I am excited. Are you done, by the way? Okay. Sorry. Okay. Again, from the last statement. Oh, God. Oh, God. Okay. I can. You have more? Oh, my God. Minus two lines. Okay, great. That's beautiful, by the way. It's very good, the introduction that you just did. Why are you talking about confluence now? Is that you? Is that who you are? Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank you, Nicole. It's really fascinating to hear about your colleague, friend, even though I know so many about you. Hearing it firmly with the audience is very exciting, and thank you for sharing that. My name is Sanae Tasware. Sunny. I'll go by Sunny because that's easy. I am a Senior Solution Consultant at Syncopate, and I am a MuleSoft developer, mainly, and a certified Apache Kafka Confluence professional. Oh, my God. I forgot my introduction. Sorry, Bobby. You can use whatever I say so far. Okay, so I'm going to go. You can use this. As a MuleSoft developer, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and organizations, helping them streamline their operations, connect their systems, and unlock the full potential of their data. Honestly speaking, it's incredibly rewarding to witness the transformative. Cut, cut. Yeah. Okay, so I can replace it with another word, actually. Okay. I'm starting. It's incredibly rewarding to witness transformative. Sometimes it's very hard for me to pronounce some words. Okay. So, okay. Yeah, it's incredibly rewarding to witness the impact of the technology that we are delivering can have on businesses and individuals alike. Yeah, and honestly speaking, if you think of it, if you think of what you do, can you imagine how many are being impacted by what you just did behind the scenes? You know, most of my experiences have been in financial sectors, and sometimes even when I pull out my phone and see the transactions I do using my phone, managing my bank accounts, doing, you know, payments, transfers using Zelle or whatsoever, all that are becoming possible because of so many integrations and so many developments that are happening by many, many, many engineers. And being part of that is very exciting. Yeah, so just to add one more thing about me, I did my MSC with cybersecurity and information technology. But, you know, I haven't worked with being a cybersecurity expert, but the security aspect of it has been helping me in the integration world when it comes to security. You know, we're discovering so many things along with our audiences here, yeah. Additionally, you know, if you remember a few months ago, I started learning Apache Kafka Confluent and got my certifications for both developer and admin, and I get my professional badge from Confluent as well, which was a very exciting journey and learning curve for me. And honestly speaking, it gives me an in-depth understanding of Kafka ecosystem and its role in building scalable and resilient data streaming platforms. And, of course, you are the experts, but here I am in the making of being experts on Confluent as well. So in the coming episodes, we're going to talk about more Confluent as well as MuleSoft. Yeah, I mean, MuleSoft has been there for quite long by now, and I believe so many of us know what MuleSoft is, what it does, but definitely we're going to talk about what MuleSoft is and what it does and how businesses can use it and so forth. Just give me a second. Nati, you cannot open the door. Thank you. Close the other door, too. Close the other door, too, please. Close the other door, too. Thank you. I'm sweating here. Okay. I mean, that's, okay, let me do. Yeah, that's it about me, and if there is anything left, we're going to talk about it on the subsequent episodes. Yeah. But here, you know, one thing I would like to add is the passion that I have towards the power of conversation and the art of storytelling. Usually intake, we code, we build, we engineer things, but we don't tell stories. One of the reasons why we are starting this episode, which Nicole and I are sharing, the foundation of our, hold on. Let me redo this. Yeah, and I think one of the reasons why we start this, what was that? To start this what? Podcast. Oh, my God. Okay. Okay, use this. I think one of the reasons why we start this podcast is because Nicole and I share this foundational idea of the power of storytelling. So by sharing what we know and by getting feedback, anything from you, our audiences, hopefully we're going to tell good stories along with the knowledge that we're trying to share with you. And having said that about me, we have another team member, Bobby. Yes. I must ask this question. How does it feel that you work with your college friend? I know. Oh, wow. Okay. I bet. I bet you do. Okay. Yeah. Yes. So he's not only, exactly, he's not only a solutions consultant. He's a musician, too. Yeah. Yeah. And watching him playing the guitar is, like, mind blowing. Yeah. Yeah, there are. Yeah. Yeah. And maybe we'll have Bobby one day. Currently he's working behind the scenes. He is our sound engineer. Yeah. Everything behind the scenes is doing it. Yes. But hopefully we'll have him one day with us to share his experience and his story as well. And thank you, Bobby, for every support you're doing for the team. Yes. Yeah, thank you. Okay, so this is our team. Yeah, this is. Oh, okay. Yeah, sure. Yeah, and I'm going to wrap it up and then start the introducing Syncopate part. And then I'll do half of the introducing Syncopate, and then you'll do the second half. And then we'll talk the services one by one. Okay. Yeah, this is our team. So Nicole and I, we're going to drive the subsequent podcast. And with this, I will pass to introducing our company, because all of us, the three of us, are working in the same company, Syncopate, and would like to tell you a little bit about who Syncopate is and what we do. Probably some of you might know who Syncopate is. It's one of the fastest-growing startup consulting firms, and it offers comprehensive sets of services as a full-service system integrator. And our commitment to our client success, our commitment to our client success, ensuring that we prioritize the work space for each unique situation, and our pursuit of 100% client satisfaction. By the way, I want to underline that, 100% client satisfaction, because we are very focused on our client satisfaction. So along with the commitment to excellence, which is deeply integrated with our fabric of the company culture, are the foundations for our reputation. So all the clients we have been working with so far are witnesses of our reputation, and we are very dedicated to unlocking the full potential of the clients' digital transformation journeys with the services that we are providing. Hmm. Yeah. Hmm. To other technologies, too. Yeah, because we don't know the plan. Okay. Yeah, true. Yeah, that's good. Services. Mm-hmm. Yeah, continue and start it, and then I'll take over. Okay. You had a very good introduction, but I think you lost the momentum in between. Yeah. You can start from we are providing the services, I think, or whatever. Because you already mentioned Milsoft, Confluent, and Grakato. Briefly. You did. Okay. Okay, so we're cutting that part. Okay. But definitely we'll have someone to talk about Grakato going forward. Mm-hmm. Probably you can talk about empowering. Come here. Okay. Okay. Yeah, sure. Thank you, Nicole. Yeah, Syncopate, the other service that we're providing is Milsoft, and we have been doing that for, I don't know, however many years now. And we have been helping so many organizations and companies implementing Milsoft from scratch to production. So like Nicole mentioned earlier, we have very intelligent, bright-minded experts on Milsoft that have been engaged with several companies and still are working for companies who are helping companies with their deep understanding of Milsoft's especially API-led connectivity approach. And basically at Syncopate what we do is we assist our clients in unlocking the true potential of their data, creating streamlined and agile digital ecosystems that drive innovation and efficiency. And bringing in Milsoft into their integration system and connecting several microservices other systems to the transformation and make it seamless for their data flow. Maybe not talking about this is not a good idea. I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't know why I'm talking like this. Okay, so starting from efficiency, I'm going to talk. Okay. So, wow. That's a wow, seriously. Okay, so Bobby, cut everything off that efficiency. Yeah, so as Milsoft is one of our major practices, we'll talk about more on what Milsoft is, what it does, and how we can use it and why we want to implement it will be covered on the coming episodes. The last but certainly not the least is work at all. You can say a little word about work at all because it's one of the services that we provide. We have a team that is practicing work at all and we have been the, okay, I will say work at all and then you'll continue talking about what we do at work at all. You know, literally I'm losing the momentum because I'm feeling very hot. Okay. Yeah, sure, you can start. Yep. Okay. I know. Okay. I like the fact that you said it was confluent. Now I know confluent is in your blood. I know that for sure, but, you know, you just showed me. Yeah, for sure. We are here to learn. We are here to share what we know. Actually, maybe this is a little bit lengthy introduction, but we need to lay the foundation for our audiences to know who we are, what we do, and what our company is doing. And I think we're at the point where we should talk about why we want to start this podcast, right? Initially I remember the podcast idea was brought up with the intention of sharing between our internal resources, but with intensive discussions, that involves so many, especially you, Bobby, and I, when we discuss and we say, okay, why not? It's for the public because at the end of the day what we want is to share what we know and learn from others too, right? So for this podcast, what we want it to be is to be a valuable, educational, and insightful platform that can propel understanding and application of these cutting-edge technologies to new heights. You can go. You can enrich this one and do the next sentence. And, I mean, you can say, oh, yeah, that's right, Sunny, and then blah, blah, you know? Okay. Okay. Again, start from here. Start from here, Bobby. So let's share what we know and share practical tips, real-world use case, and stories. I think let's make it ours. I feel like the sentence is binding us not to talk much. So should we start from the why again? Okay. Okay. Uh-huh. And, of course, share what they know as well, right? Yeah. True. Yeah, absolutely true. Just to add one point here, besides making it educational platform, of course, we'll learn from experts. We'll learn from real-world use case. We'll learn from stories, right? So we'll bring in experts to tell their stories, to share what they know, what they have done, so that we can learn more and better. Did I mix what to expect with this? Okay. Yeah, you can add by saying, oh, yeah, there are many success stories from industry dating experts, blah, blah. I mean, you can enrich what I just said by using some of the lines from what to expect. It will give you the opportunity, an opportunity to hear blah, blah. Yeah, true. And I am already excited. We've been taught of having someone as an expert and coming and be seated with us and talk about the technologies and what they have done for different organizations, companies. And, you know, successful implementations and transformative projects, their insights and expertise, which I believe will help us to grasp the core concepts as well as overcome challenges and unlock the full potential of the services that we are providing. Mainly we're here to talk about the three services that we are providing currently. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Okay. Okay. Okay. Not fast. Yeah, sounds good. Looking forward to it. Again, this is Get to the Point presented by ThinkOpate. Thank you for tuning in to this first episode of our tech podcast. And please stay tuned for exciting episodes ahead that we just briefly mentioned. And please don't hesitate to send us your feedbacks, inputs, whatever will help us to grow and make it better and make it a very useful learning platform. Yeah. Bye.
