The speaker discusses the use of inexpensive medications, specifically sulfonylureas like Glyburide and Glipizide, to treat diabetes. They highlight the financial burden of expensive branded medications and advocate for combining these generic drugs with insulin-sensitizing herbs to manage blood sugar levels effectively. The speaker emphasizes the importance of understanding all options and not blindly accepting medications. They also mention the influence of pharmaceutical and insurance companies on doctors' prescribing practices. The speaker concludes by encouraging a balanced approach to diabetes management, including lifestyle changes, exercise, and proper medication management. How to use Glyburide, Galipazide, Glyburide safely and effectively. Hey there, let's talk about these medicines that a lot of people are taking because they're inexpensive, it works for a lot of people. They used to be my not so favorite medications because they're sulfonylureas. Well, try saving it at least five times, right? Sulfonylurea. But they're commonly used to treat time-treated diabetes. But here's the thing, these meds are not only cheap and in today's world, I have been hearing from everybody that Ozempic, Oldest Trulicity, Genevia, Giardia, Sfarsiga, people use these medications in the United States. You know, I practice in the United States, in Florida. I'm an endocrinologist, clinic-trained, written a bunch of books for diabetes. Check out our website, by the way, at sugarremedies.com. But I feel for my patients, you know, everybody says, especially this time of the year, Medicare patients, you know, they make $1,500 a month and then their medication is $1,000 a month. How are these people going to make it, right? And the pharmaceutical companies are pushing that their drugs are the best, da-da-da-da-da. But some generic medications, although they may not be the best for you, but still it saves a day and it can save you thousands of dollars if you are using a little bit of them. And I'll tell you how to prevent for these medications to actually harm you or harm your pancreas. And I found a formula that I will share with you that I want to make sure that you understand this so that you are in charge of your health. So instead of blindly saying yes or no to a medication, you know, you have to know your options, right? So I'm going to talk to you about how these sulfonylureas can cause some long-term issues if used alone without some insulin-sensitizing herbs or if used in excessive amounts. Because a lot of doctors tend to keep increasing the dose, keep increasing the dose. Well, in many medications, including statins, like a lot of people don't like statins, right? Well, that's because the doctors are giving such a high dose of these statins and people end up getting muscle pains, all sorts of dementia problems with their body. Just because they're pushing these medications so high dose, instead of starting small and early, that would be no problem, right? So this is the problem with our system that doctors are pushed by pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies telling them what to do. And the worst is they are being punished if they're not. Like I have a lot of patients coming and telling me that my doctor said, if I don't give you this medicine, this statin, the insurance will cut my salary or the insurance will not pay me or they're going to start sending me letters, which is true, by the way. And what do I do? I don't give a damn. Anyway, so, you know, I used to be the first one to actually use drugs when I was a little younger, too. But after all the experience seeing tens of thousands of people, you know, I have come to some realization. I had a bit of a light bulb moment. I'm like, hey, there's this game going on here. I realized that the problem is not necessarily with the drugs or the, you know, the generic drugs that are cheap itself, but it's excessive use, like I said. It turns out that these sulfonylureas can be pretty fine drugs when used in small doses and combined with some other herbs. Now, how do I know this? Because I've been practicing functional medicine, integrative medicine, and I've been using medications and herbs. And I realized that when I use the herbs, people need much less medications and they do much better. I have patients who have been on these medications for years and years, along with the herbs and natural approaches they do, and they do just fine without any problems. People would think that they would have problems, but they don't, because they trained us that, you know, don't use these cheap medications, use the expensive ones, you know, use the $1,000 FDA-approved drugs. And next thing you know that everybody is bankrupt. People are crying in front of me for being so expensive for these drugs. Just like your mom always said, too much of anything is not good for you. Well, it turns out that she was right, right? So how about these meds work, like glipizide, gliboride, glimopiride? Well, they boost insulin production in the body. Well, that's true. Insulin is not the best thing for you, but if your body is not making enough insulin, you've got to do something about it. It's like saying, oh, money, too much money is not good for you, but you've got to make some money, right? So, if they are used excessively, they can actually lead to a decrease in insulin sensitivity over time. It can damage your pancreas over time if you are using excessively, and if you are using the only source to get your blood sugar better. That's why it's important to pair them with natural herbs, like berimelon, like gymnama, which we have in our advanced glucose support, which has been out of market for a while. Right now, it's been maybe five months, but we came up with a glucose defense, which also has similar ingredients like gymnama and berimelon, and just because we like to keep things fresh and updated. But anyway, back to the point, by combining the sulfonylureas, the glipizide, gliboride, etc., with these insulin-sensitizing herbs, you can actually avoid having to use those super expensive pharmaceutical diabetes medications, and trust me, your wallet will thank you for it. In fact, some of my patients have seen great results by using, like I said, the gliboride, glipizide, along with the glucose defense. It's like a power duo for managing blood sugar levels. Cheap and effective. Just how we like it. Let's dive a little deeper into how this dynamic duo of the gliboride or glipizide, whatever you are using, whatever your doctor is giving you, and our glucose defense together can save you hundreds of dollars. Now, don't get me wrong, medications like Ozempic and Mondrero do their job very well, too. But their price tag, I mean, it can make your wallet feel like it is just running a marathon, exhausted and empty. Here's where our cost-effective solution comes into play, by using a little bit of gliboride or glipizide. So, I'm telling you, I do that all the time, and people come to me and say, oh, doc, I can't afford this Ozempic, it's like a $500 co-pay, and the same thing for other medications, the branded diabetic medications, and they can't even buy their groceries anymore. Now, if you pair, I give them a little bit of gliboride or glipizide maybe, just a little bit, with some of the natural glucose defense, and you can effectively manage your blood sugar levels without breaking the bank. It's like, again, I give this example a lot, having your cake and eating it too, except I'm just making an analogy. But skip the cake in this, don't take it literally. So, let's raise a glass to the sulfonylureas and insulin-sensitizing herbs together. Now, sometimes herbs alone, or the medication alone, does not work well. And that's where the dichotomy happens between the modern, you know, this modern medicine they call it, which is everything has to go through FDA, you have to spend $300 to $500 million to get anything approved, and then once they become generic, suddenly they become the bad drugs because they're cheap now. You know, the same raps that came to my office used to promote today's cheap drugs, saying that these are the best drugs 20, 10, 20 years ago, now they are coming and saying, oh, they're horrible, we have some new drugs, but it costs $1,000, just so you know. But really, I mean, sometimes people say, oh, I just want to go natural, and then sometimes when you go natural, those things take a little more time, or they may not be strong enough because you're too late in the game, and then you may have to have a little bit of a medicine introduced to you. And instead of going, like, buying 10 different herbs and 10 different supplements, chopping them down, or going just for the medication itself, I like to combine things and that works the best. Now, that is something to cheer to, right? Cheers. Cheers. Make me hold that bottle. Keep on managing your diabetes, my friends. You got this. Go forth and spread the word about the wonders of the generic medications, along with the insulin-sensitizing herbs. Your friends with diabetes will thank you for it. As always, remember to keep this balanced. A healthy lifestyle and proper medication management if you need to. But the most important is your lifestyle, daily exercise, eating well, watching this channel, everything will help you. And I trust you'll feel well, better, and God bless you. I'll see you in the next video.
